After its outstanding reception following its initial release back in January, Wankelmut & Emma Louise's infectious single - 'My Head Is A Jungle' returns with a souped up package and is set to be released worldwide on 15TH September via Positiva. Heavily supported by BBC R1's Pete Tong, 'My Head Is A Jungle' was dubbed his 'Essential New Tune' back in February as well as receiving championing support from BBC R1's tastemaker Annie Mac. It comes as no surprise that the single is already platinum in Italy, top 30 in Germany (and rising) and top 5 airplay in South Africa!

Wankelmut who has mainly been deejaying in underground clubs in Berlin such as Sisyphos and MIKZ, became 'Newcomer of the Year' last year (GROOVE Magazine) and has been in high demand as both DJ and Remixer ever since. Wankelmut has a very entertaining and well crafted way of deejaying with a huge variety of styles from Deep House to Techno. Beside playing all over Europe he remixed Gossip, Jay Haze, Lukas Graham and various other underground records which established his status within the Techno House Scene. On his 24th birthday in December 2011 Wankelmut aka Jacob Dilßner uploaded his unofficial remix for Asaf Avidan's "Reckoning Song' to Soundcloud. More than one year later the now official remix has sold 1.3 Million copies on Sony/Columbia, scored over 100 Million Youtube Plays and entered the #1 spot in 8 european countries, as well as being the best-selling track on Beatport last year.

In cooperation with the talented Australian singer Emma-Louise, the duo deliver a finely tuned piece of melodic brilliance. Wankemut's faultless Tech-house production, and Emma-Louise's blissful vocals will have you instantly hooked and will be circling around your head for days to come. In addition to the supreme remix package from Gui Boratto, Kasper Bjorke and Solee, new remixes come from Friend Within, and Marc 'MK' Kinchen, who steps up to deliver one of his much loved MK edits which premiered last Friday on Pete Tong.

Not long after this EP's completion, my lead co-musician and business partner, the late GREAT William Poskitt died. Gab Rhome began his musical journey at an early age playing multiple instruments while shaped by jazz music from the likes of Vian, Davis and Zoot Sims.

As a young teenager his influences progressed further toward shoe-gaze and electronic music, and inspired by artists like James Holden whose sounds exhibited a crossover between dance music and experimental rock he started experimenting in the studio on his own. As a musician since the age of 6, Gab now has a deep knowledge of music theory, skills he applies to create stories in his tracks.

The Montreal-born musician currently focuses on dreamy and hypnotic electronic music, best suited for warm bubble-baths accompanied by your best friend’s woman. His delicate melodies resonate best when coupled with his organic percussion, similar to the relationship between a proper bottle of wine and some classy tenderloin. After only a hand-full of years dedicated to the art of production amassed quite the armada of label credits, including All Day I Dream, Get Physical, Supplement Facts, Last Night On Earth and more.

Today's exclusive premiere comes from Gab Rhome, off his latest Anjunadeep offering, "Ceremonie Des Adieux" EP. Entitled 'Cashmere,' this one's pure peak-time action, fusing chugging tech-house grooves with a with a quirky and instantly catchy riff, along with spacey vocal samples.

Having won support from Lee Burridge, Sasha, Guy Gerber and Henry Saiz, along with releases on their respective labels, ‘Ceremonie Des Adieux’ sees Gab return to the Anjuna camp to add another selection of well heeled of house cuts to his discerning back catalog. Showcasing his flair for the mystic - we're suckers for a bit of exotic instrumentation - we quickly found ourself entranced by the title track's intricate string work.

A fan favourite with label classics like ‘Beautiful Life’ and ‘Deep Style’ in his discography, Roth show’s off his playful side in ‘Have You Ever’, his first original release since 2014’s ‘Mel / Maya’. The human body is the most highly engineered object in existence, a machine of uncountable parts and unfathomable function. Its workings have served as inspiration for all of humanity's greatest inventions. This work is an homage to the two most amazing mechanisms in that machine: the human eye and hand. The head is a 16 foot camera obscura demonstrating the ray optics principals underlying the spherical lensed eye humans posses and the hands are actuated mimicking the tendons and bones of the body. Together they represent what separates life from the rest of the universe, the ability to observe the world around us and manifest change in that world.
