For his own label he kept this special production titled “The Day After” which he produced quite long ago and was waiting for the right moment. Berlin-based DJ and producer Powel marks his Anjunadeep debut with his three-track EP ‘Hor’s Echo’. Since learning piano from an early age, Powel has developed his niche releasing on labels including All Day I Dream, Do Not Sit On The Furniture Recordings and Still For Talent.

Opening with title track ‘Hor’s Echo’, Powel pairs bouncing toms with atmospheric piano melodies whilst ‘Golem XIV’ leads with a hollow bass. ‘For Love’ closes the EP with panning synths and a warm vocal sample. Powel's latest reaffirms why he's been supported by the likes of Lee Burridge, Nick Warren and Joris Voorn.
