Following the release of the first single ‘Hometown’, featuring Ursula Rucker, Simon Doty now shares his full four-track EP ‘Hometown’, including the collaborative lead single ‘Lay Me Down’ with Artche.

Opening the EP is title-track ‘Hometown’, featuring a vocal sample from Ursula Rucker and piano riffs. Doty collaborates with UK based producer and vocalist Artche on ‘Lay Me Down’. Best known for his Beatport #1 collaboration with Cristoph and Franky Wah ‘The World You See’, Artche has been supported by acts including Eric Prydz, Pete Tong & Lane 8. Next up is ‘Solstice’, featuring fluttering arps, whilst EP closer ‘Trance Tool’ pays homage to Doty’s darker club side. 

Since his debut on 2019’s Anjunadeep Explorations 11 with ‘Sama’, Simon Doty has put out five stand out EPs on the label, quickly becoming a Anjunadeep favourite. The Canadian producer has developed a reputation for delectable deep melodic house, garnering support from the likes of Phil Taggart, Danny Howard, Gorgon City, Cassian, Jax Jones, Lane 8, and releasing on Knee Deep In Sound, Einmusika, and This Never Happened.

Canadian DJ and producer Simon Doty collaborates with powerhouse duo My Friend on ‘Follow Me’ (feat. Tailor). ‘Follow Me’ is the next single to be released from Simon’s highly anticipated album ‘Universal Language’, out April 28th on Anjunadeep.

Written at an Anjunadeep label songwriting camp last year, ‘Follow Me’ features a pulsing bassline, bright synths and warm vocals from British singer Tailor. ‘Follow Me’ comes after the release of previous singles ‘Have You Ever?’ and ‘Soulflow’ which have gained radio play from BBC Radio 1, SiriusXM, KCRW and DJs like Gorgon City, Diplo, Pete Tong and Nora En Pure, among others.

Crafted for the dancefloor, Simon’s debut album ‘Universal Language’ showcases a range of musical styles that they can expect to hear Simon play during one of his DJ sets.

In support of his upcoming album, Simon has recently announced phase one of his ‘Universal Language’ tour. Featuring over 30 dates, the tour kicks off in February in North and South America, before moving over to Europe and Asia. More dates will be announced later this year.

LA-based DJ and producer Durante announces his debut album ‘Enter’, out April 5 on Anjunadeep. The album announcement is marked with the release of first single ‘Hot Night’, featuring vocals from songwriter and producer HANA.

Hailing from a small Italian village outside of Florence, Durante (aka Kevin Durante) began his musical journey in 2006. Drawn to the sweet spots where the genres of house and techno intersect, Durante’s versatile sound has seen him release with Anjunadeep, Armada, W&O Street Records and Amtrac’s imprint Openers. Esteemed artists including Bonobo, RÜFÜS DU SOL and Joris Voorn have praised Durante’s work, and he has collaborated with the likes of Diplo & Aluna on ‘Forget About Me’ and Amtrac on ‘Gather’, as well as remixing Cassian, Booka Shade, TWO LANES and more.

Now, 18 years after his musical journey started, Durante finally shares his debut album ‘Enter’ on Anjunadeep. Inspired by the concept of portals and multiple dimensions, ‘Enter’ showcases his eclectic sound that has developed from Kevin’s diverse pool of musical influences, featuring Duke Ellington, classic Italo-disco and early Cocoon records.

“I’ve spent the past three years working on this album, it marks the beginning of many great endeavours in my life. It’s a coming of age story, but it’s also a reflection on the world around us. Across 13 compelling tracks, Durante explores themes of self-discovery, acceptance and love. The album features collaborations with Montréal-based producer and live act CRi, American vocalist Nathan Nicholson, Australian singer songwriter Running Touch, Californian songstress and producer HANA and London-based vocalist SOHN.

On first offering from the album, ‘Hot Night’, Durante combines HANA’s ethereal vocals with an acid-inspired lead, crafting a dance floor-ready single. Durante and HANA have previously collaborated together on two previous Anjunadeep releases, the ‘Celestia EP’ and the ‘13 Voices EP’, which have garnered over 7 million streams and support from BBC Radio 1 and SiriusXM Chill.

Durante will be kicking off his album tour in January in the USA playing across cities including New York, Los Angeles and Seattle, as well as playing at the Anjunadeep label showcase event at the esteemed London venue the Roundhouse.

British duo My Friend makes a triumphant return to Anjunadeep with their latest offering, a four-track EP entitled 'The Calm'.

In 2023, My Friend made waves with a series of successful releases on Anjunadeep. Their impressive repertoire included the dynamic four-track EP 'Holding Out', a captivating collaboration with Dosem titled 'Blue Marble / Door To Door', and two tracks alongside Simon Doty, notably 'Follow Me' featuring Tailor. Garnering support from industry heavyweights like Danny Howard and Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1, as well as praise from DJs such as TIBASKO, Eelke Kleijn, and Nora En Pure, My Friend has solidified their presence in the electronic music scene.

The title track of the EP, 'The Calm', features vocals from acclaimed UK singer-songwriter Tailor. Blending dark baselines, intricate percussion, and Tailor’s catchy vocals, 'The Calm' showcases the duo’s mastery of production. ‘Waterpark’ sees the duo utilising an echoing vocal sample with driving synths while 'Wavy Jane' features intertwining melodies and an atmospheric breakdown. EP closer ‘Moonbeam’ features bright piano chords and layers of carefully crafted synths, demonstrating the pair's unparalleled creative energy as producers.
