If you were lucky enough to be at the last dance at Pyramid before the lockdown you know it was an absolute banger.. the energy was intense as hundreds of ecstatic dancers packed the floor to make the most of one last opportunity to gather and get down.. So for this third edition of my monthly radio show Pure Phangan on umt.radio I decided to upload the peak two hours of this memorable set, which culminated in an amazing moment at the end when it felt like every single person was jumping in unison and the whole of the Pyramid was literally rocking.. We gathered, strengthened, listened and received the gift of quiet. We landed at home in our own hearts. This class reminds us that we are never alone, and that no matter where we are, we are on the path, and right at home.

Fall In Three

Celebrating a dear friend on a magical island and decided to put this together.

I’ve had some of these tracks for a while, and beautiful memories that come with them. I’ve cried to these songs, I’ve laughed to them and felt them in my soul.

This set isn’t perfect. We are not perfect. Nothing ever is.  A wise person once said - we didn't come here to be perfect, we already are. We came here to be gorgeously human. Flawed and fabulous.

This one is dedicated to a brother who is gorgeously human. Someone who I love with all his mess as much as he loves me with mine. Someone who appreciates every layer in each song as much as I do. Someone who sees music, not just hears it.  

Music transcends words. Music is my way to honor our hearts, our growth, our moments of joy and sadness.  The ones in the past and the ones yet to be created. What a gift this world is.  

What a gift it is to be able to listen, and feel. 

Feeling incredibly grateful as I write this.
