Almost 2 years ago Jaime and I did "Those Days Are Gone", a song that I am very proud of. The original was sung by Jaime who gave it a superb interpretation. Carlos joined us doing an amazing guitar part. At that time Cindy asked us to sing another version of the song which we agreed. It's a completely different approach and style, with Cindy also delivering a fab work on the vocals. That version has also a slightly different arrangement than the older one and it is that version that I would like to share here now.

After long time since Bleeding Heart was written it finally is ready.
I have to thank my two collaborators for their superb role in this track. Raphael GTR did an amazing lead guitar track and helped me a lot with the production. At the beginning of 2013, I talked to Jaime about the situation of Carlos a friend of ours who was struggling against a severe illness situation and I showed her a couple of ideas for a song about it. Jaime came soon with a complete poem for it and I did a melody line for those verses. While doing a first arrangement for the song it was clear to me that the song should have kind of a Led Zeppelin style. For that, I needed real guitars and who better to play them but Stefan aka Rock Flexible. We talked to Stefan and already in 2015 he came with a brilliant acoustic approach for the first part of the song, Jaime has sung that first part and all sounded so good that I couldn't wait for the rest. For a couple of reasons, the complete song never came to life till now (it must be the longest collab ever), but I really think it was worth the waiting. Stefan's acoustic and hard guitars lines and solos and Jaime's beautiful main vocals and harmonies brought the song to a much higher level.
For unfortunate coincidence, at this time some of our friends are also struggling in problematic health situations. So this song is dedicated to Carlos and all those friends.
