This was inspired by my daughter - who was describing her life and her relationship with school! I realised that most of our lives are like this no matter how old you are.... need to make time to live our dreams too...

This was composed as my part of a collab with Entheogenic Psychonaught/Josh Clary @josh-clary-1.

Afterward, it was decided this should play in Merry Monster Menagerie during the scenes when Kid is looking at the night sky using the telescope. The juxtaposition of sparseness and grandeur makes this version well-suited for such scenes, and helps establish  an intellectual feeling, so that we know Kid knows what he's doing, which positively affects how we see the ensuing scenes.

The art is "Lunar Strain" by me (2003) using Terragen and Photoshop 7.
