A few days ago, I was hiking in a stream with my whole family, and my brother’s wife asked me what movie moves me to tears more than anything. While I was thinking about it, my mom said, “The Lion King, obviously.”

HE LIVES IN YOU has been with me throughout my entire life, even more so over the past year since my father passed away unexpectedly.

This isn’t THE set for my father, but it’s probably one of them. A journey that begins very soft and gentle, and gradually rises into something high, painful, and dark.

I’m deeply grateful to the dance floor for surrendering to these emotions with me, hoping this journey brings a lot of healing.
