Our latest mix is a remarkable live set from The Hague-based producer Harald Uunk, who guides us through an exploration of the psyche from which we emerge anew. Harald calls upon self-made instruments, field recordings, and experimentation with hardware and software to reach the furthest limits of his sonic vision, and what we discover there is breathtaking. An immediate and compelling sense of urgency finds itself fractured, recomposed, and through the fragments we glimpse the primordial. I've been eager to hear more of Harald's work for quite some time, so the opportunity to share this set for the series feels truly special. Enjoy the journey, and thank you Harald!

For our latest SKIN podcast release, we’re excited to welcome back Leen, an artist from Enschede who you may have previously heard on our Relate Radio show. Leen is a selector with a keen ear for depth and detail, constantly pushing sonic boundaries while maintaining a refined and hypnotic flow.

She finds inspiration from the art of synergistic layering and subverting. Her selections are rich in textures and evolving soundscapes that pull you in, through a gradual build-up of tension and release. Her sets develop organically creating a deep listening, intentional and unrestrained.

Beyond DJing, Leen is pushing the Enschede scene by co-programming @itmotr and co-creating a new event series @ramo alongside @remma and @sinedd. The next edition will take place on 19.04.2025.

On April 22nd, Mostra took over Espacio Perpendicular for a few hours.

Mostra is an independent, small-scale festival of avant-garde and experimental electronic music that was born four years ago to nurture the Barcelona scene. Mostra is local, inclusive, and sustainable. An independent festival made in Barcelona for Barcelonans, but with international vision and reach.

The event, which took place during the day, featured performances by Mattikk, Emilia Grima, Pillen, Doozer, Haara, and F-on.

London’s Basic Chanel conjures a liquid mist for the latest entry in our series. Chanel’s work documenting the scene through Untitled 909 and her numerous other endeavors - including the Draaimolen podcast and a residency on Refuge Worldwide - will surely be known to many, yet discovering her distinct voice as a DJ and the warm personality behind it all was a revelation even still. Chanel distills her boundless passion for full-spectrum psychedelia into this enchanting mix, which paints verdant and hypnotic hues while maintaining an effortless sense of buoyancy throughout.
