Step 1: DOWNLOAD THE BEAT
Download the "28 Bars of Kane" instrumental beat and do it justice by dropping your best Air Jordan rhyme over it. If it’s hot enough, we might feature you on an album with hip-hop royalty.

Step 2: RECORD YOUR VERSE
Once the beat is downloaded, hit play and record yourself rhyming over it. Try to use the highest quality recording device you can. The clearer the recording, the more your rhyme will shine.

Step 3: UPLOAD YOUR TRACK
Once your rhyme is ready for the world, submit it. Just make sure it’s in one of these formats: AIFF, WAVE, FLAC, OGG, MP2, MP3, AAC, AMR or WMA.
