He has taken inspiration from one of his favourite arts, the art of brutalism architecture as well as many different artists across different genres. With a mix of ambiance, synth pop and experimental music.

Defiantly without genre Lovely Assistant explore new Lounge alongside bygone bits of the New Wave. A quartet of Annie (Keys, Vox), Kieran, (Bass, Vox), Dave (Guitar), and Matt (Drums); four self-taught musicians dedicated to finding out how songs work and saying something about the world as it was. They met through the Newcastle music scene in 2017 and decided to start playing small gigs around the North-East and writing in eachother’s houses, eventualy recording with producer Will Thorneycroft (Dawdler, The Early Purple, Fax Machine) in an old vicarage that he shared with Dave. 

The vinyl release of their acclaimed 2020 debut album, Greetings From The Pre-Wave, was crowdfunded and released on Newcastle label, Treetrunk Records. After playing the Generator Live Festival and Featuring on Big Screen TV, they retreated to a farmhouse in the midlands countryside where they could live cheaply and write a follow-up record. With support from The Glasshouse and a loan of equipment from Justin Lockey they converted the hosue into a recording studio and tracked their second album Fuck Love over two weeks.

The financial support of Help Musicians and Generator funded the album mix with Will Thorneycroft at North Parade Studio as well as mastering by J.J. Golden (Black Pumas, Cate Le Bon, Soundgarden) in Ventura Calinfornia. Through the support of Generator, three of the songs were executive produced by Thom Lewis (Sam Fender).

Fuck Love streams on the 28 February 2025 alongside a hometown album launch show and tour of Northern England.

Callum 'Breadsticks' Elliott is a singer/songwriter from Devon, England making uncompromisingly unpatronising music. Breadsticks graduated from Newcastle University with a BA in Contemporary and Popular Music and Bath Spa University with and MMus in Songwriting.

Heap’s collaborative and multi-dimensional workflow attracts companies for commissioned works, leading to songs such as Tiny Human, the first song to distribute payments via a Smart Contract, and The Happy Song, a highly successful song for children in their early-years. Heap, recognised as an artist's artist, has won two Grammys and an Ivor Novello award. In recognition of her pioneering work at the intersection of music and tech, Heap has a hat trick of three honorary doctorates for the gestural music-ware 'MI.MU gloves' system and recently for ’The Creative Passport’, an integrated digital ID solution, empowering music makers to be the change toward a fair and flourishing music ecosystem.
