• Operates as a multifaceted entity within the music industry, encompassing the following core functions:

• The Pluto Dimension functions as a legitimate record label responsible for the production, distribution, and promotion of musical recordings. 

• Concurrently, it serves as a music publishing, managing the copyright and licensing of musical compositions.


Copyrights Holder:
• The Pluto Dimension - Records: holds, or is authorized to acquire, full or partial ownership of copyrights pertaining to both sound recordings (master rights) and musical compositions (publishing rights) under applicable intellectual property laws. 

• This ownership grants Pluto Dimension the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, perform, display, and create derivative works from said copyrighted material.



Licensing Entity:
• The Pluto Dimension is empowered to enter into licensing agreements, granting third parties specific, limited rights to utilize its copyrighted sound recordings and/or musical compositions in exchange for agreed-upon compensation (royalties or fees).


• Specialization and Artist Remuneration

Genre Focus: 
The Pluto Dimension primarily specializes in the Hip-Hop musical genre, specifically focusing on both vocalized Hip-Hop music and instrumental Hip-Hop beats.


Mechanical Royalties: 
▪︎The Pluto Dimension facilitates the collection and distribution of mechanical royalties for its affiliated artists. 

• This ensures artists receive compensation for the reproduction and distribution of their musical compositions in various formats (e.g., physical sales, digital downloads, interactive streams).

Publishing Deals: 
The Pluto Dimension offers publishing deals to artists, whereby the label, in its capacity as a publisher, administers the artist's musical compositions. 

• This includes, but is not limited to, registering copyrights, licensing compositions for various uses (e.g., synchronization in film/television, public performances), and collecting corresponding royalties on behalf of the artist. 

• The specific terms of such deals, including the division of ownership and royalty splits, are subject to individual contractual agreements between The Pluto Dimension - Records and the artist.
