Romain Nouhi who goes under the alias, Sunrom, releases his new EP, Nocturnal, June 18th on Ano Ano.

An artist who is as discreet as he is talented, Sunrom is a multi-instrumentalist night owl. With Nocturnal, the French producer takes us on an enchanting journey blending the sounds of electronica, balearic, melodic house, and ambient. The EP consists of 7 tracks including 2 remixes signed by the highly regarded Tour Maubourg and Aldebaran with an illustrated cover by Art Director, Louis Mallart, mirroring its beauty and complexity.

After two standout releases on Optimo Music, Glasgow electronic four piece The Junto Club return with their debut EP on brand new label Snap, Crackle & Pop, born out of the London club night of the same name. The A side features two slices of dance floor ready post punk, throwing references from everything from Suicide to Weatherall. On the B-side Khidja's remix teases out the disco groove before growing into a monstrous acid house inspired freakout, paving the way for the Ivan Smagghe & Cross version which delves even further into acidy motoric beats.

The fourth compilation released by Heimlich Musik consists of 15 tracks showing the broadest range of all compilations so far. With the idea to represent the whole musical spectrum that Heimlich stands for, the label sticks to combining newcomers, old and new friends as well as well-established artists. Daniel Steinfels starts off an episode of trippy elements followed by tracks from artists such as Arutani and Hobta, just to name a few, who pick up this idea of spacy synth elements. The first psychedelic episode is followed by rather organic interpretations from artists such as Ulisses, Xique-Xique and many more that drive the compilation to South America and right back again without forgetting about the latest Disco-ish side of the Heimlich imprint featuring a track by the infamous Janefondas. El Remolon is completing the journey by finishing it with a piece that is keeping up the trippy first part while including elements influenced by Regaton and Cumbia.
