This set is a tribute to an amazing desert party in Israel in the middle of december 2013. I took many tracks of the music I played there and mixed them together to revive the vibe of that amazing moment! :)

Melodrama In The Desert

A few months ago Nova Fractal asked me to make a mix with the best tracks in my opinion of the releases on his digital label Timewarp Records. 
This sounded like a challenge to me and the result can be found here! :) The title is how the mix feels to me: I "visited" 4 different territories :) 
The first part is rather Psy-trance with goa-influences, the second part is full power modern goa, the third part is morning goa-trance and the last part is euphoric goa/nitzhogoa!

Goa is over 20 years old in the mean time. Time to have a retrodelic look! For this I dug in my huge cd & vinyl collection and decided to make a mix for every year for the period 1994-2015 to show the "new" generation of goa people how goa-trance evolved, and never really died ;)

This seventh mix is about 1998, mixed with 2 CDJ1000s and Pioneer djm300 (no lap top mixing involved!). Like usual, a serious challenge! All styles are captured in 1 mix... Hopefully it sounds like a good story! :) The next mix will be about 1999! :) So, have a look, a listen, download it and make sure to buy the music if you like it!

Timewarp records started near the beginning of the universe and transported to Dec 21, 2012 in a Startgate portal. A new mix, specially made because of reaching 3000 "likes" on facebook with my Anoebis page :) I am happy to see, after ten years of Suntrip, goa-trance is still alive... And in this mix I wanted to showcase the new generation of goa-trance! I don't like the words old and new school... I just like goa-trance! :) Who cares if it is 96 or 2013? (that why I chose the title), I care about good music :)
