After the success of the first Various Artists compilation which showcased local Finnish talents, the second VA coming out from @thesoundcollectivehki brings forward 23 fresh tracks, joining Romania and Finland in a unique musical ride.

From the Romanian side of artists on the VA, among heavyweights such as Vid, Triptil or Gemini Brothers, @boskeeee's submission is not a surprise following his latest EP on the label. Bassumflat is an uplifting groovy track and, as the name suggests, the bassline makes a notice, giving the vibe the artist made us used to.

Jazz of the Machine 
A full-length album by Ohm Hourani that travels long the didactic path of modular synthesizers and drum machines, while in the company of carefully hand-picked musicians and vocalists.
This seven track LP delves into the unpredictability of two musical worlds: Electronic and Jazz. Beginning with the intricate composition of the cheerful “Oasis in Heaven” and moving on to discover the mysteries hidden in “The Bicycle Tour”, the first record twists and turns into the challenging narrative of “Bahé”, before saying its final few words of goodbye to “Abusamir.”
On the second record, “Coucou” sits to script the love of life or the love of a lifetime. “Happy Mutek” fortifies energy new and old and escorts us to moments of alleviation. The eponymous “Jazz of the Machine” is the flag-bearer and ultimate demonstration of the bond between air and its reliance on the electricity of soul and souls.
Encasing this double record is a sleeve that features a luscious illustration by Laucolo entitled “Batikha.”

Life is based upon trends and patterns. However, from time to time an anomaly will surface to tickle the interest of the human mind  and  leave us astonished, like a rogue wave or a golden sunflower in a field of jasmine.
 
Anoma is derived from anomaly. We are a record label eager to present musical material that is off the beaten path, yet organic in content.
 
To limit your options and tie your hands, our music will be released only in vinyl format. 
 
Different forms of art blend to create vibrancy. Encompassing each record is a sleeve featuring a commissioned painting by a brush from one of our member's palette. 
 
Founded by Ohm Hourani and embraced by like minded figures Anoma saw the light in 2014 and will continue to provide minimalistic, jazzy and organic sounds.
