ITERATION 5 by λ (Anonymous Function) - a series exploring the depths of raw, hypnotic techno.

This episode is quite a bit later than usual, but life got in the way also with some positive turns as I get to play ADE 2025. This episode starts off quite hypnotic with after about 10 minutes kicking off into a more raw and groovy style. It ends with two really amazing tracks, one by Temudo called Vrthng and the other is Ignez' edit of Romanthonys the wanderer. Pure class those!

ITERATION 5

It took me a long time to pull myself together to record the next installment of the Return to Atlantis mix, over a year since the last one. I really wanted it to reflect the trance-like essence of Atlantis. And the perfect opportunity came during the recent Biotechnologia event at Krakow’s Sekta Selekta. I felt it was a good night, with the right vibe for a multi-genre set driven by trance energy.
Inside, you’ll hear trance in its progressive, goa, and psychedelic forms — as well as deep and minimal techno, progressive house, electro, and even some leftfield breakbeat.
I invite you to give it a listen. I have very fond memories of that night on the Sekta dancefloor. I really like this recording — its variety, and at the same time, its surprisingly coherent atmosphere.

With over 26 years behind the turntables, Oncina is constantly evolving in electronic music. Linked to the Madrid underground, he has been a regular at the Mercado Fuencarral booth from the very beginning. Starting with the famous Raves del Mercado, he later played at a multitude of Madrid venues, such as Space of Sound, Ohm, Arena, Coppelia, Sirocco or Macera Club. His outstanding work led him to a residency at La Musa Latina until 2005, where his Sunday afternoon sessions were legendary and still remembered today. His music has been enjoyed by a multitude of private parties, raves, and small venues, and for years he has also been a fixture on the Mercado Fuencarral/Red Bull float in the Gay Pride Day parade. In addition to Madrid, Ibiza, Barcelona, ​​and Malaga have also enjoyed his music.
His style within electronic music is quite eclectic, not tied to any specific genre and always avoiding the mainstream. In this way, styles such as deep, tech-house, minimal, house and nu disco, with a touch of techno, coexist harmoniously in his suitcase, creating sessions capable of transporting us from the initial gentle tranquility to a musical paroxysm with our arms raised. λ (Anonymous Function) is the solo project of Reinier from @dasmanier, devoted to the raw, hypnotic essence of techno. Inspired by the temporary nature of the anonymous (or lambda) function in programming, meaning 'created, executed, and gone without a trace'. λ (Anonymous Function) embodies the same ephemerality on the dancefloor.

Each set is tightly woven: evolving textures, repetition, loops, and pure collective immersion. λ (Anonymous Function) performances are unrepeatable, existing only in the moment.
