It's a little known fact that sunrise was the first and therefore original after-hours club in Liverpool. When Club051 finished most people went up those treacherous stairs to carry on partying till 6am!! It was considered a great achievement if you made it till the end of Sunrise (and you was still standin!) It saw many DJ's grace it's decks over its reign as Liverpool's first after-hours club, but for the last few years it was predominantly DJ’s Mark Simon, Li'l John and Jed Clark together with Natalie/Neil on Lights and also Gareth on sound that took you through till the sun rose and the birds were singing!!

Marks put together this massive 1hr and 40min Lockdown Mix to commend all the party people that were actually still standing at the end of every Satdee nite Sunday mornin' Sunrise to hear that end of the night tune that signalled it was time to go home!
