Composer Johan Lenox (Kanye West, Travis Scott) reshapes Beacon’s trip-hop ballad “Gambler” into a lush orchestral arrangement for violin and cello in this new remix for publisher Heavy Duty’s Best Of label. Deftly transcribing Beacon’s abstract sound design and piano into intricate layers of string swells and plucks, Lenox reimagines the original single with a sublime cinematic intensity.
