The first 10mn of a 45 mn Tone poem in 3 movements. Ouverture / Foreboding- Adagio - Coda/Hope: The rise and Fall. It will include 3 solos voice, piano and cello. So Just the initial idea here. "wisdom will come in ways of pain" And some "Seaboard" playing in the coda.

Down in the valley, a village is asleep!
Bathed in moonlight there runs a pearly stream…
But see the farmer, see the butcher, see the baker and his wife,
They all take life too seriously!
Early in the morning they drag the kids to school!
So speaks the father: my son will be no fool
But often in the night, the children start to cry.
Peter, Cathy, Paul and Anne,
Why dear children, why so glum?
“This goes against the code of witches and wizardry!”
We believe in laughter and children should be happy!
I’m the witch of morning dew and this is what I do:
Eye of a newt, a tooth of a troll,
A hair on the neck of a golden hyena
Sing dear cauldron sing…
Fumes of this secret potion float on a magic wing!
“Giggle, wriggle, throw your sting!
Cackle, rattle, now begin!
Round and round the children find!
Let the laughter seek and bind!
Mingle, jingle, cauldron boil!
Now will the merry dance begin!
Let the children start to grin!
I shall set them free!
Open the windows and night will come in
Breathe deeply children! The fun will begin!

"Annemarie Borg's work is eclectic in that it traverses both mixed media and the individual/separate forms of music, words, poetry, sounds and the visual arts. As Founder of the ‘Antara Project’ Borg uses art forms as tools to deal with her main concerns: the fundamental changes in social and cultural environments and how these affect the present day and generations to come. “In today's world we have created our own challenge, are we now up to the task of facing it? In this task what is the part Artists can assume?” (AMB). Antara aims to build a louder voice through Art and will result in a compilation album and a day conference/performance later this year. Borg’s ‘live’ shows range from classical repertoire to experimental music with organic sound-scapes, electronica, improvisation, often in collaboration with other musicians...

Antara Project (founded by Annemarie Borg in 2010) The first meeting of the Antara group of artists took place on 15 of February 2011 in London West End.
