Tom Baker stands at the crossroads of growling psychedelic techno and intricate melodic storytelling. His productions are built with precision and depth, delivering sonic journeys that carry his unmistakable signature.

As a core artist with Stone Seed and frequent collaborator with Digital Structures, Baker has earned recognition as both a producer and remixer, working alongside names such as Perfect Stranger, Electrypnose, Quivver, and Ryanosaurus.

His music has resonated across the world’s most celebrated stages, from Fusion Festival’s Turmbühne (Germany) and Boom’s Alchemy Circle (Portugal) to Ozora’s Pumpui (Hungary) and club institutions including Sisyphos and Renate in Berlin, while remaining a consistent force within the Australian festival circuit. Whether under festival skies or inside revered club walls, Baker’s performances are a masterclass in weaving hypnotic energy with raw power.

With his passion for music cemented in from a young age, Dylan discovered the sound that has inspired him since in the wee hours of the morning of Rainbow Serpents market stage in 2012. 
It was then that he discovered the dark, melodic and heaving techno beats that has helped curve his taste in music. 

Through his journey in the ever evolving and deepening music scene; Dylan plays under the alias of ‘Lowtep’ and blends a mixture of emotive darker, driving techno with the Melbourne collective of ‘Capture’. He also mixes it up from time to time with a funky and heavier tech house vibe alongside another Melbourne crew known as ‘Rewired Rhythms’. 
During these escapades it has seen him play venues such as Revolver Upstairs, My Aeon, New Guernica, DaHa Bar, Lucky Coq and internationally at Grand Cafe and Stevie’s in Lagos, Portugal. 

From melodic breaks and bushy, chugging bass; combined with a mixture of dark, ethereal and emotional tones. Experience what Lowtep has to offer.
