Ilan Volkov — conductor and musician. Served as principal conductor of the Scottish BBC Orchestra and the Iceland Symphony Orchestra. Founder and artistic director of the Tectonics Festival, a world-renowned platform for new and experimental music that takes place every year in Glasgow, Athens and Tel Aviv and has previously also taken place in Reykjavik, New York and Melbourne.

Ohad Fishof – An artist who works in the fields of sound, dance, performance and visual art. Began his artistic path in the 1980s with the band נושאי המגבעת and has since developed a unique body of work of time-based idiosyncratic art, in a sequence that includes stabilizers, musical works, video works, place-dependent performances and dance works.

"Music For Modular Synthesizers" is a collection of generative performances by sound artist Tony James Morton from the UK. The work explores probably with human control. Constructed over a period of six months, each piece was created in a single sitting and deconstruction afterwards. Due to this, and the probabilistic nature, these works will never be recreated.

Tony James Morton is a musician, composer and sound artist whose work focuses on real-time systems aesthetics. These systems created have rules and structures, but within the confines of these boundaries there is enough room for improvisation, chance and probability. This allows for a different interpretation each time, creating unique experiences of sound.

​​”As an artist I am fascinated in how we interface and improvise with sound. It’s in this case that I enjoy creating my own unique interfaces (or instruments) using both hardware and software. My work focuses on creating, what I like to call, audio/visual systems. These systems have rules, but within those created boundaries is enough room for users to improvise and move around the program how they feel. I like the idea of a piece of work never being interpreted the exact same way twice and these systems allow me this freedom to do so.”

His work has been displayed and performed at; OXO Tower Bargehouse (London, UK), IKLECTIK (London, UK), BEAST FEaST (Birmingham, UK) and Studio 47 (Amsterdam, Netherlands). He is a featured composer on the Steam Greenlight computer game “Exception,” and is credited for soundtrack mixing in the independent short film “The King,” by Frederic Casella.
