Würzburg’s Denny Voltage is steadily making a name for herself—be it as the driving force behind her own PRISM parties, the booking curator of Dornheim, or through her dynamic and eclectic mixes.

She returns to Blitz on Friday, 28 March 2025, for a jig in our Blitz Ballroom alongside Innervisions head Dixon and longtime friend Julietta. Blitzcast 027 offers a glimpse into her vibrant and effervescent musical style—a sassy and spirited mix brimming with percussive and tribal rhythms, spanning a broad spectrum of genres. 

We seized the opportunity to ask Denny a few questions about her work, hometown, musical approach, and the tracks currently on heavy rotation.

Selessa T. is a French-Ivorian DJ based in Berlin, whose journey into electronic
music deepened when she moved to the city in 2017. 

Known for her electrifying sets, she has brought her unique energy to renowned venues and festivals across France and Germany, including Tresor, Renate, and Fusion Festival.

In 2022, she co-founded Blurry Vision Collective, a platform dedicated to breaking
musical boundaries and encouraging artistic exploration. Her sound is fluid and
ever-evolving, seamlessly blending house, electro, trance, breaks, and techno.
Deeply influenced by her Ivorian roots, she infuses her sets with rhythmic
diversity and a groove-driven pulse.

Selessa T. thrives on creating high-energy dancefloor experiences, curating
playful yet powerful journeys through sound. Expect bouncy vibes, dynamic
rhythms, and an irresistible blend of styles that keep the crowd moving from
start to finish.

Unter etwas besonderen Bedingungen fand sich das frisch entstandene DJ-Duo zu seinem Debüt im FUNKloch@Montagu zusammen. 65dB Höchstlautstärke, Headphone-Monitoring, Emergency-Loops und Silent Disco Provider. Das aquatische Dj-Duo ließ dennoch bis zum Schluss allerlei groovy Tunes aus ihren heißen Quellen sprudeln.
