Growing up as part of the Rhythm Rumble family meant snuzi was exposed to some of Boorloo’s best parties early on. Snuzi’s first beach rave showed him that djing is more than just clubbing, which inspired him to get to work.

Years later we are lucky enough to showcase snuzi’s talent via this seamless blend of UK sounds.

CHEAHDX @cheahdx (chia-dee-ex) is Boorloo native Darren Cheah’s solo electronic project.  

Darren (he/him) has been producing music for a number of years prior to honing his skills on the decks at a number of events across both Boorloo & Naarm over the last year. Darren also performs in the live electronic duo Jersey Street Sound Generator (JSSG), which is also set to launch their debut release alongside some upcoming support slots for both Moktar and Reptant.

“Written between Boorloo/Eora/Naarm at the close of 2022, this 6 track EP is made with the underground dance floor in mind. Drawing heavily from the Australiana-prog and modern trance movement; this EP blends these sounds with club ready dub, breaks and IDM influences.

@djfarsight is back on Scuffed Recordings with three new transatlantic bass heaters on his El Mago EP.

Since his earliest releases, Farsight has become a go-to name for high-impact club tracks that defy categorisation. With appearances on labels like Femme Culture, Tropopause, and [Re]sources, the San Francisco-based artist has continuously evolved and embellished his sound across the course of his career, tapping into myriad global styles on each of his tracks.

El Mago is Farsight’s third EP with UK label Scuffed, continuing a relationship that began with 2019’s Oaktown EP and followed up with his Renegade EP in 2021. Most recently, Farsight appeared with his Breaka collab ‘Flow State’.

As ever picking from a wide palette of influences from across the club music spectrum, Farsight runs the gamut across the EP - variously taking cues from UK funky, drill, dubstep, techno, D&B and footwork over the release’s three tracks, all of which were showcased in Farsight's hyped Boiler Room set in June 2023.

DJ.MC is a producer/DJ from the south side of Chicago. He got into music and dancing through the Chicago Bud Billiken parade as a child and joined the South Shore Drill dance team, marching to Ghetto House.  He started producing after hearing a mixtape by DJ Gant-Man who mentored him bonding with the footwork dance Clique Goon Squad. He appeared on Planet Mu's 'Bang & Works' compilation, released an EP on Hyperdub and did his first Moveltraxx appearance earlier this year in the 'Let Me See Your Footwork 3' project alongside DJ Manny, Jana Rush and DJ Earl. We are thrilled to release his new 5 tracks EP that encompass everything we love about the genre while showcasing MC's unique style and including a collaboration with chitown legend DJ Chip.
