BEAMS is the electronic project of multi-instrumentalist and producer Zack Kantor from New York. His single for CSCN fuses lo-fi pop with crisp, dark dance melodies to create a contemporary collage of sounds. As we hear a single melodic phrase get looped, warped, delayed, and pitched, it becomes apparent that BEAMS is reconfiguring the pop song structure to unique and successful effect. Kantor is 21 years old.

Where The Hong Kong Sessions captured the electricity of beginnings — distance, discovery, cultural contrast, and the thrill of becoming “us” — this second release turns inward. These are the same songs, but lived in longer. Re-recorded and remixed from a different place, both geographically and emotionally, The Perth Sessions reflects what happens when love settles, stretches, and learns how to last.
Across these nine tracks, the album traces the quiet evolution of a relationship that has moved from novelty to intimacy, from motion to meaning. The opening “All the Ways I Love You (Dreamy Tape Remix)” immediately reframes the story: love is no longer singular or fixed, but seasonal, expansive, and shaped by parenthood. Tape-warmed textures and softened edges mirror the lyric’s central truth — that love grows by making room. This theme echoes throughout the record: love doesn’t disappear when life gets fuller, it multiplies.
