Passionate about electronic music since the beginning of the 90s, Oxy Mu started going out in Paris in the evening (TBE, Tekno Tanz, etc.) where he discovered psytrance there, a real crush that no longer had dropped since.
His influences are very diverse, ranging from Pink Floyd to Depeche Mode.
So he discovered projects like Trance Wave or Astral Projection that made him want to start mixing and producing.  After listening to hours of music and hunting for sounds which would fit on mixes, in a few Parisian clubs like Gibus at the end of the 90s, he started producing his own music in the beginning of 2010.

After quite some silence, and a few rather lackluster excursions into goa/psytrance crossover sets, I was invited to play in Tampere, Finland. My previous visit was in 2019, and I knew that now I need to deliver. So I dug deep into my digital record bag, and picked tracks of suitable intensity for a closing set*. And I have to say, I haven't had this much fun playing a DJ set in years. A few small blunders here and there, but minimal imperfections bring a certain charm to a DJ set :)
This set was recorded live at the event.

A retro set I mixed about 7 years ago at a time when SoundCloud was blocking certain mixes because of specific tracks - something that hasn't happened in a while, so I'm presenting it here now. This mix that continues the story of a mix that I played on the Trancendance radio program back then - I was in the flow and wanted to see where the direction of the set could continue if I had more time, and this is what I came up with... Not entirely sure the story is done (is it ever?), but 'Angelic' was a great way to end ...
