In occasione dell'uscita di un nuovo libro illustrato per cinni dai tre anni in su scritto e disegnato da Rob Grassilli, la congrega del Cortilinostudio ha avviato un progetto musicale che odora di automobiline Polistil e Merenda (ma Luc Merenda, il Poliziottesco anni '70) che si sta facendo un giro sul brucamela di Fiabilandia col gelato "Pantera Rosa" in mano. Serenata per i giocattoli distrutti da Sid (Toy Story) insomma, che potrebbe sfociare in una produzione più ampia, sempre nella suggestione del libro di Grassilli uscito per Sabir Editore. In questa musica caracollante, che sembra avviarsi perché qualcuno ha tirato una cordicella, ascoltiamo un Syno più cortilino che mai, anche se siamo abbastanza certi che con lui ci sia anche la non accreditata Irene Delgrano (chi altri sa usare l'Odissey '72 della Arp in quel modo?).
Mentre aspettiamo estremamente incuriositi il seguito di questa avventura, riferiamo di voci di corridolio Rai che dicono di un possibile originale televisivo di prossima produzione, che vede coinvolti anche Anka, Syno altri Mistoterital e Maurizio Merli. Tiolo provvisorio "Ho incontrato un Polinotto".

Dagli anni foschi e reganati scoviamo questa rarities, che stava sepolta in un nastro di ballate dell'Oblast' di Samara, nella cantina di Bob Rodiatoce. Si tratta dell’unica testimonianza di un tentativo semi-clandestino di LMT di aprire uno scambio musicale con i paesi oltrecortina, affamati di rock e giacchette della Montagnola. La leggenda pretende che due Mistoteritals nell’87 si siano spinti fino alla città dedicata al Segretario del Pci e si siano uniti a certe jam clandestine assieme a dissidenti locali ma anche esponenti della nomenklatura musicale di lassù. Di quel vituperio resta solo questa “Togliattigrad”, carica di suggestioni coldwar e tavanardismi.

SCARNA ED ESSENZIALE
"Scarno e gli Essenziali" erano un gruppo di cabaret del repertorio degli Spietati Cetriolini (costola teatrale di LMT) personaggi di pochissime parole finivano subito il loro spettacolo con minime battute. La presenza di Nylon in tali formazioni ha fatto si che questo brano, su un supporto vinilico provvisorio, stampato solo per promozione (su grasso di caribù cotto al forno), non sia andato perduto ma anzi sia arrivato fino a voi (vostro senza ritorno).
Questa stesura di “Scarna ed essenziale" risale quindi ai tempi del Bongo’s Studio di S. Pietro in Casale, in cui alle volte il padrone di casa Paul Syno si divertiva a pistolare coi primi programmi (pippob)audio a carbone. Una tastierina sixties di Nylon (che qui canta in modo scarMo) faceva da scarna architrave ritmica su cui a volte si innestava una sporca chitarra che risulta accreditata ad Antonella Delgrano. mamma di Irene (allora bambina). Ad una stringata  linea di basso abbiamo lo stesso Syno, mentre alla succinta armonica blues, che puntella con discernimento l'edificio-canzone regalandici un finale quasi morriconiano di Leonesca reminescenza Uestern, potrebbe esserci Anka, ma non ve n’è conferma  (quasi certamente suo invece il “Nylon” ritratto sulla busta).
Il testo (uno dei più intimisti di Nylon, qui nel suo periodo di dieta unicamente a base di bacche di ginepro) rende in pochi minuti di canzone la situescion cómedi. Lei è di poche parole, ma di quelle che feriscono. Da segnalare  come camèo  il piccolo ma significativo accenno di tromba che Nini Rosso volle regalare alla band, che non conosceva.
Particolarmente in vena di sperimentazioni, i nostri stamparono un vinile in copia unica con il buco decentrato. Questa cosa fece abbastanza infuriare i discografici e potrebbe essere la ragione per cui la canzone non venne mai prodotta.
