Gigi Lee’s musical journey began in the UK, where she developed a passion for house music. Returning to Shanghai, she stood out with her edgy style, distinct voice, and unconventional attitude.

In 2020, Gigi debuted in China with the trip-hop single 'Would You Be My Valentine' on Valentine's day.  Followed up with 'No More', a deep house track with Greek producer G Spice, released under W&O Street Tracks and featured by Beatport as “BEST NEW DEEP HOUSE.” Later that year, she unveiled her jazzy hip-hop single 'Don’t Let Go'.

Her career took off in 2021 with the electronic pop track 'Mango Mango', earning her media attention from Grazia, Mixmag, and DJane Mag. She then signed with Warner Music, releasing the big beat single 'ISOLATION', which charted five times on NetEase.  She capped the year as PYRO Music’s 'BEST HOUSE DJ' and #5 on DJane Mag China’s list.

In 2022, her catchy single '妈妈的水饺' (Mom’s Dumplings) went viral on Chinese social media. That September, she took part in Shanghai 48-Hour Film Festival and won 'BEST ORIGINAL MUSIC'.

By 2023, Gigi embarked on a  prestigious 6-month art residency at Swatch Art Peace Hotel in Shanghai, exploring her own transformation and artistry. In the end of the residency, she was invited to Tomorrowland by Coca-Cola and appeared in their commercial.  
 
In 2024, she relocated to London, Amsterdam and Berlin for her music career, each city serving as a catalyst for her artistic growth.

Born at the beginning of the new millennium, Antonio Rec showed his passion for music since he was a child. The spark came at the age of fifteen when he had the opportunity to start performing. He counts several appearances and also residences in clubs like Mandarino Club, Bylla Bong, Masseria Del Turco, Timo’s Club, ArAnceto Club & more. Parallel to the djing, he was working to evolve his signature sound as a music producer, which led him to release his first track in 2019. Now he is constantly releasing music with international labels such as Mood Child, Cr2 Records, Issues, SK Recordings, Happy Techno, Cocoa & more. Thanks to his productions he’s collecting continuous support from the best DJs on the scene like Joseph Capriati, Marco Carola, DJ Snake, Wade, Paco Osuna, Lee Foss, Sidepiece, Cloonee, Mason Collective, Classmatic, Detlef, Chelina Manuhutu, Yaya, Latmun, Manda Moor, Sirus Hood, Seb Zito & many more.

The creative DJ/ Producer, XDescend, is a fictitious term of a name that means, "no longer descending" in which he uses this name to represent his life story. His challenges started as a child struggling with speech and learning disabilities, which were followed by bullies, and troubles at home and with his peers. 


He always felt misunderstood. Like a snowball building down a hill, more troubles came his way with mental illnesses, drugs, and poor choices. This left him feeling like he hit a brick wall, and wanting to take his life at 19.Through a spiritual awakening he was given a second chance, and with it he made a promise to help others through the creative medium of music. However, as his learning and skills with DJing and music production increased, so did his problems, yet he always doubled down despite the odds. After 10 years of accumulated experiences, assimilated lessons, and embracing change again and again, he has become a testament to the power of perseverance and the human spirit, pushing himself further down a creative path.

His unique style of house music stems from influences all across the musical spectrum, from hip hop and break beats, to disco/funk, and every subgenre of house music in between. His ability to mix  while dancing during his performance gives a different meaning to the term "Live DJ performance," allowing him to connect with the audience on a different level. He is now a seasoned DJ & Producer who donates a portion of his merch sales to the Jed Foundation, a charity for suicide prevention with teens and young adults. Through his live performances and his music, XDescend hopes to inspire others to overcome their own struggles and to recognize that anything is possible with enough determination and hard work. For XDescend, the future is bright, and the sky is truly the limit.
