Mike Tansella is a Berlin-based DJ rooted in acid house and techno, drawing strong influence from the American underground scenes of Chicago, Detroit, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
 His sound moves between industrial grooves, raw electronics, and experimental club music, shaped by no wave aesthetics and a deep focus on musical research.

Born in Bari, Italy, in 1984, he has been living and working in Berlin since 2013, where his artistic identity has been deeply shaped.

Previously boss and co-founder of the duo and label Sons of Traders together with his cousin Tans— a project that is now concluded, Mike is now entering a new chapter as an underground DJ, uncompromising and fully dedicated to his personal musical vision.

Through his work in Sons of Traders, he played a decisive role in the publication of releases on labels such as The Black Lodge, Frigio Records, Gravitational Waves, and more, cementing his place in the underground scene.

In recent years, he has become widely recognized for his consistent collaboration with Mutant Radio Tbilisi, where his sets and curatorial work continue to push boundaries and explore new sounds.

His work now focuses on free-form, immersive sets, designed for both radio broadcasts and club environments, blending experimental textures with a deep-rooted understanding of underground culture.
