I had the pleasure of meeting the Robot Heart crew in 2014. Their sound crew was looking for extra hands for the burn, and I was eager to learn what it took to run one of the most badass sound systems on the playa. Many friendships were formed since, and countless sunrises spent together doing what we all love. This is one of the hardest working camps out there, and it’s been a blessing to be a part of the team, watching the magic unfold.

It is with great sadness I learned that the Robot Heart founder George Mueller “Geo” left us last week. His passing is felt deep in the hearts of countless of people that were touched by the profound impact of his creation.

To celebrate the life of Geo, I decided to release this set that is near and dear to my heart. It took place in 2016, for the 2nd edition of Further Future Festival. Robot Heart was the centerpiece of this incredible event that the crew produced, and as the luck would have it, I ended up playing the very last set ever played that magical Monday morning. The vibes were absolutely electric, and won’t ever be forgotten <3

This mix is something I've been wanting to do for a very long time: A meditative and contemplative ambient journey. Something that allows me to access deeper parts of my being, and helps get into the "flow" state. I assembled 5 hours worth of my favorite ambient electronica, and tested it 4-5 times in full before deciding it was ready for release into the world.

Spanning from 1969 (Terry Riley - A Rainbow in Curved Air) to Present, there's some quite special musical moments in here. I hope you enjoy it to spending time with a loved one, going about your day, going for a long drive or just about anything else your heart desires. My wish is for this mix to inspire moments of deep stillness, while revealing our true nature to ourselves.

Meanwhile, Australian artist Jamie Stevens has achieved an amazing level of critical and commercial success over the course of his three-decade long career. As one of his country’s most talented and sought-after artists, Jamie has proven his skill in professional sound design, film scores and contemporary electronic music. Prolific and consistent in equal measure, Jamie has enjoyed a creative swell in recent years, landing releases via Lee Burridge’s All Day I Dream, John Digweed’s Bedrock Records and Guy J’s Lost & Found.

The third member of the trio is American artist, DJ and promoter Anton Tumas. With a career that spans well over a decade, the Los Angeles resident has left an inevitable mark on the underground scene through his Subtract On The Pier residency and burgeoning Subtract Music imprint.

Last year the trio combined their extensive forces and took to reworking Pink Floyd's ‘Breathe (In the Air)’. Released in 1973 as part of the band’s iconic ‘The Darkside of the Moon’ album, the much lauded song remains as one of the group’s most revered and recognized creations. After several live airings by Hernan Cattaneo, perhaps most notably at BNP Open Life, the trio’s take on the iconic song has been shrouded in mystery, with fans hypothesizing who reworked the track in such grand fashion. Anton Tumas @ Grand Park Sunday Sessions (7.5.2014)

In February of 2024, I had the massive pleasure of traveling to Montreal. Quebec, and play on what is one of the best sound systems in North America, if not the world, at Stereo Montreal.

As a DJ and a sound engineer, this was an extra special treat for me, and I pulled out all the stops for my 4 hour opening set. Have such a perfectly tuned system at my fingertips was a rare treat, and the music just flowed effortlessly. Enjoy the journey, and leave me a comment!

The Coldplay original is near and dear to my heart. A few years ago, I was able to find lossless stems of the track, from the original remix contest they did for it. The original is now 22 years old - time flies when you’re having fun.

So needless to say, I spent a lot of time crafting this to be a perfect emotional moment in my sets, and had it mastered on 1/2” Ampex analog tape reel. And now its sound quality became one of my reference tracks for testing and tuning sound systems. I hope you like it.

I started DJing around 2007, and the sound of early 2000s progressive house has shaped my taste in more ways than I can possibly imagine. To this day, I always weave those nostalgic moments into every set that I play, as I try to create timeless dance floor moments. Faxing Berlin is a cover of the enduring hit Faxing Berlin. Having played it countless times over the years, I decided it was time to make my own interpretation of it, using the epic chord progression of the original, but with modern sound design, the result is a track that can move dance floor in a very powerful way (as Ive seen in my own sets). Taking on such a classic is no small feat, but in the end, I was able to pay my homage to it in a unique way.

For my return to the Woogie Stage, I decided to dig super deep into my vast music collection. Since I have been working hard to expand my musical range lately, the music contained  within spans a period of nearly 25 years. I think I nailed the daytime vibe that I wanted perfectly.
