What is a Sonic Activation?

A Sonic Activation is a guided meditation that contains healing frequencies and brainwave entrainment frequencies to amplify the intention of the guided journey and to help the listener to attune with and therefore attain his natural state of harmonic resonance and alignment.

this frequency is also a solfeggio harmonic, all solfeggio frequencies are exactly 111 Hz apart from each other and 111Hz relates to the note "A" in the solfeggio tuning.

The most unique Zouk event I’ve ever attended took place in Grodno for the second year in a row. This year it was called 'Little Prince', and it featured many amazing performances and activities that created an immersive fairytale atmosphere. Sometimes he vibe became spicy and intriguing — especially when the main hall transformed into a dark, mysterious space — but every idea was beautifully executed by the organizers with great taste and style.

'Stellar Birds' is a symbol of the mood I want to create in my set, inspired by the Little Prince’s journey through different cosmic planets.
I’ve also included some tracks that reflect the theme of Saturday evening — 'Adults as Adults'.

I was proud to be part of such a beautiful event and to share the DJ set there.

This song/ Mantra was written while Harmony was on a deep internal transformation in India.  Her lyrics "She sits on the banks of mama Ganga, prayin' to take me home" was the prayer to liberate her from the illusions.  
Ganga is a sacred river in the northern part of India also Ganga is a aspect of the Divine mother who is all loving and compassionate.  

Harmony spent much time in India living between Varanasi and Rishikesh.  She sat and communed with and in Ganga each day receiving the blessings of her grace. 
This Beej Mantra may expand and open your heart to feel more happiness and joy.

Shuddhi means Purity.
Salutations to the giver of Purity, Mother Ganga
Ganga is the Supreme Goddess which carries the forces of Purity and Healing. She derives her Purity Powers from Shiva and Healing powers from Vishnu. She brings ‘Light and Delight’ to one’s life. When worshiped, Ganga blesses the worshiper with her powers to Purify the Consciousness and Heal all the negative energies one accumulates during the lifetime.It provides a bridge to connect one with the true reality of the Universe. It helps us realize our Power as a cosmic force which has taken form of human to do ‘Karma’. It washes away the sins and complexities from one’s life.
This mantra is a salutation to the Mother Ganga to help us get Pure and Healed.
A sense of divine healing will be felt by your body as it gets rid of toxins from your body.

Polarny is a music producer, DJ, traveler, entrepreneur. Originally from Poland, he creates music with instrumentalists and singers in Cuba and Caribbean. His song „Trip To Cuba” won the Ninja Tune Records and Dubspot New York contest in 2014.

As a DJ he creates hypnotizing journeys blending electronic music with global sounds from variety of cultures. After becoming a laureate at the first Polish national DJ contest in 2001 he shared stages with Dixon, Coldcut, The Orb, Digitalism, AtJazz, James Blake, Groove Armada, Jose Gonzales, Daniel Bell, Jazzanova and many more. He performed at Burning Man (Robot Heart, Junxion, Shamandome) and at movement meditation sessions in Europe, U.S. and Latin America (Ecstatic Dance, 5Rhythms, Daybreaker, The Get Down). He was a resident DJ for T-Mobile Electronic Beats, the „Newcomer of the Month” on the legendary Austrian FM4 radio. He plays for Polish embassies around the world.

Polarny draws inspiration from a diversity of sources: dance meditations, shamanic ceremonies, breathing exercises, life coaching sessions. He shares his knowledge with like-minded people through music and tours. He explores his own and other people’s comfort zones on a dance floor, during travels and in life. He believes in running a purpose-driven life, sharing sincere happiness and being at service to others.
