Sacramento death metal behemoths, THE KENNEDY VEIL, are set to release their Trinity Of Falsehood full-length next week!

Produced by Nick Botelho at NB Recording in Santa Rosa, California and featuring the debut of new throat Taylor Wientjes, Trinity Of Falsehood is an unapologetically methodical, fast-paced display of sharp, groin-churning DM brutality. In a 9/10 review of the offering, Dead Rhetoric champions the band’s, “no-frills, modern death metal… heavily rooted in the speed and technicality of Origin and the fury of Decapitated,” further boasting, “THE KENNEDY VEIL has thrown down the death metal gauntlet for years to come. Merging influences of classic DM legends like Deicide, Morbid Angel and Suffocation with the more refined aggression of bands like Origin, Psycroptic and Decapitated, THE KENNEDY VEIL features within their ranks Wientjes and Peterson alongside guitarist KC Childers (ex-Forktung) and drummer Gabe Seeber (Alterbeast, Decrepit Birth, ex-Wretched Dawn). Together they invoke their own brand of crushing death metal. No throwbacks, no breakdowns, no wanking, no trends. With Unique Leader as the catalyst, humanity is about to be reduced to ashes.

The ten tracks engulfing BLOODTRUTH’s Obedience tap into a wealth of unadulterated lyrical hatred released through incinerating waves of limb-removing, guttural metal. Engineered by Francesco Paoli and Cristiano Trionfera (both of Fleshgod Apocalypse) at Sonic Hammer Studios, Obedience was then mixed and mastered by Italian death metal producer and legend Stefano Morabito of 16th Cellars Studios (Hour of Penance, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Eyeconoclast, Unfanthomable Ruination, Inherit Disease, and is enshrouded with some of the most intense artwork to date by Colin Marks of Rain Song Design (Exodus, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Kataklysm), the perfect summary of the level of extreme comprising Obedience.

This album digs deep — straight into the dark, ugly corners of what it means to be human. It’s not just music. It’s an autopsy of the mind — tearing open the layers of sanity, fear, obsession, and decay to see what’s really festering underneath.

It’s about the sick joke of progress — how we build faster, think smarter, and still destroy everything we touch. We’ve learned to control machines but not ourselves. It’s a mirror held up to everything we’ve become: fractured, addicted, lost inside the noise we created.

Underneath all the polish and the fake perfection, we’re still animals — scared, violent, hungry for meaning. This record is about that collision: the primal instincts fighting against the world we built to hide them.

It’s also about how connection has died. We scroll, we consume, we perform — but we don’t feel. We’re desperate to be seen in a world that’s gone completely blind.

Psychologically, it’s a dive into madness — into obsession, trauma, addiction, and self-destruction. The mind as both the cage and the battlefield. Salvation and ruin bleeding into each other until you can’t tell them apart.

Like Chaplin said: “We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in.”
This album is that paradox — a soundtrack to the chaos of evolution without direction.

It’s not a sermon or a cry for help. It’s a confrontation.
A reminder that the rot isn’t out there — it’s inside.
