The Four Owls - Assassination feat. Dirty Dike

Finally, the doors of the label Asia Experience are opening with the first EP of our resident artist. Arkady Antsyrev appeared in our lives over a year ago and inspired us to create a label, a definition of our unique “asia” format. Actually, it’s exactly what his tracks are about. In his work “Prosto tantsi” you’ll hear the words of our founder, ideological leader of the project - Igor Elkin. The second original “Delai v takt” simply must infect your playlists and reels!

Is it possible to unite the words “hit” and “underground”? Yes! Exactly that is done in Arkady Antsyrev’s first EP on the Asia Experience label!

Well then, let’s celebrate the beginning of something new, big and creative for all of us!

A regular on the Spanish club circuit, Pablo Say began playing live around Valencia at the young age of 16. More recently branching out to Ibiza, he has played at legendary venues as Privilege and Sankeys where he’s shared the stage with major powers such as Tiga, Umek and Elio Riso. With popularity in his productions growing, his tracks are regularly heard in the sets of Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati and Nicole Moudaber to name a few.

The Spanish native follows up his excellent ‘Moti On’ EP with ‘Green Melody’, a punchy 2 track release comprising of on-point production and rolling basslines. Starting with the title track ‘Green Melody’, the haunting syth stabs compliment the flowing percussion perfectly. ‘Reencuentro’ is a sprightlier affair, showcasing his skill as a producer and that he is not afraid to push the boundaries.

The Four Owls - Not Like Before (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

Right from the start, the bold confident and chunky beat of "Jaz Hans" made us feel this was no joking matter! This dubby tech house track is a well-produced piece of music. The nicely placed vocal snippets keep the groove going as we move towards darker jazzy, almost confusing atmospheres with rhodes & vibraphones and suddenly we are greeted by somewhat unexpected yet very welcome tribal chanting voices - wow! Jaz Hans has just the right amount of ingredients, combined with a subtle narration.

Risky biscuit takes the energy level slightly up a notch with a more "straight forward" construction. We absolutely loved how the contrast set us straight when the solid beat kicks back in after the lovely enchanting cello foray. In these challenging times, we really can't wait to see the damage these two will be doing on the floor!

Arkady produces minimalistic House tunes, combining deep-atmospheric soundscapes with uniformed electro beats. His sound is inherent in the allocation of percussion parties and several live instruments. In order to develop a unique sound, Arkady Antsyrew uses modern as well as classical synthesizers, that were popular in the far 80s and 70s (Moog, TR - 909, TR - 808). The combination of new technologies and old-school equipment opens up a new and modern sound that prooved to be fresh and relevant to the underground Industry.
