Mutt Lange on suurelle yleisölle ehkä tuntematon nimi, mutta ilman häntä Rock-musiikki ei soundaisi siltä miltä se parhaimmillaan on vuosikymmenten saatossa soinut. 

Mm. AC/DC, Foreigner ja Def Leppard ovat määrittäneet Mutt Langen tuottamilla levyillä yleisen standardin musiikin tuottamiselle.

Bryan Adamsin piti olla 80-luvulle tultaessa mainstream-rockin supertähti, mutta sitä täysosumaa ei vain löytynyt ja mies ehdittiin jo tuomita ikuiseksi lupaukseksi. 

Vasta Bryan Adamsi neljäs levy "Reckless" räjäytti pankin, mutta helpolla sekään ei syntynyt.
