Equipment used: 2 CDJ2000NexusII, DJM 850 mixer, modified 70s Fender Strat & too many pedals to mention.

I had so much fun playing this and even though there were some flaws, I feel they compliment and balance out the strengths. It's really interesting to hear my progress since my first Suwannee 5 years ago.

Here is my second ever live ambient set from The Rendezvous at Suwannee. I spent a lot of time thinking about and preparing for this set, I wanted to pay homage to the OG ambient legends from the late 80s and early 90s - and incorporate a lot of the music I listen to and resonate with in my downtime. I really enjoyed putting this together and playing it out to a cozy and receptive crowd. There are a few unreleased tunes of mine that I made ambient versions of as well as a fancy collab with Wicker's Portal, unreleased Ion Driver & Thought Process ambient.

Rusted Rhythms are all about showcasing the beat to one’s personal drum, and Dillard spares no expense in taking us on a ride through his world of omnidirectional system music. Summoning the power and versatility of the 140bpm kingdom, this rocky mountain bruiser locks in a 50-minute long sub-weight melee. The enclosed Dillard productions and collaborations are a testament to the myriad musical aesthetics that he finds inspiration in. Featured amongst the list of selectors are the likes of Jafu, Substrata, Geode, Atyya, and Prophet, honoring the magnanimity of similar low-end veterans. This is an homage to the dungeon dwellers and nightcrawlers amongst us. Do not turn off your sound system until you’ve properly rinsed Rusted Rhythms 24.

Behind the face of Akasha lie two individuals, both determined to share their love of deep, psychedelic music with the world. Between them they play bass, saxophone, guitar and flute Since 2010 the pair have been working together in the Southwest, producing music that combines various worldwide influences, with the results culminating in trippy, down-tempo, psychedelic chilled-out dub. To date, Akasha have worked with Mode-one records releasing the VA Compilation ‘Aeriform’ and‘Yead to give’ EP also with Dubmission records contributing to the VA Compilation ‘The next mission: part one’. Akasha have released an EP with Audio Aashram and another EP with Freespirit records, another EP was released in feb 2013 with 'Dubmission' into the web ..
