At the age of 4, in the year 2002, started taking lessons from wife of Pt.Ajoy Chakrabarty. Joined Shrutinandan in 2007. In 2011 became a direct disciple of Pt.Ajoy Chakrabarty at ITC Sangeet Research Academy. It is true that I come from a classical background, but I sing songs of almost all India modern genres like bollywood romantic and dance numbers, bengali and hindi retros, tollywood songs and also from the western category, songs by legends like Bob Dylan, Justin Timerlake.
Started learning to play the Violin at the age of 8 under Mr.Jyotishankar Roy@Trinity College London Kolkata Center. Have passed Trinity's 8th Grade in Grade Examinations for the Violin
