We are very honored to have the very talented up and coming South African artist Ҡayanight (aka ᙦcoteric, founder/owner @ Dense Nebula Records) featured for our long-awaited next installment of our Techgnosis Sessions series. Techgnosis Sessions 033 - Ҡayanight [SA]

DJ Basilisk quickens the pace on SILICON OVERMIND 3, the third in a series of mixes dedicated pushing the boundaries of psychedelic techno ever outward. Blasting through 25 tracks in just under 80 minutes, this hyper-kinetic journey through sound features selections from across a vast spectrum of underground sources, all smoothly layered and blended with an ear for harmonics and interlocking transitions. Expect to hear punishing industrial breakbeats, warbling acid lines, punchy mechanical beats, hypnotic atmospheres, and memorable melodies as the mood progresses from gritty minimalism to misty-eyed morning trance and beyond.

Conceived, arranged, mixed, and mastered by DJ Basilisk in Vancouver, Canada, November 2022. A one hour cut previously premiered as _The Psytech Observer 001_, part of a new show by Anyer Quantum (@anyer_quantum) on DHRK Radio (@dark-sonik).

Floating Machine and CrennWiick have come together to create what can only be described as an incredibly impressive live set as their first joint venture. As a team they have proven to complement one another extraordinarily well, their different musical backgrounds come together in perfect harmony.
Floating Machine utilizes musical influences which include techno and progressive grooves while exploring the landscape of experimental and ambient sounds.
CrennWiick has many years of professional experience as a DJ and producer; his notorious and unique sound involves using top digital techniques. He acts as a virtual analogic performer while not forgetting the golden age of the 90’s electronica music.
Their first live set as a team is immediately captivating and energizes the senses. The set then continues to lift the spirits gradually upwards resulting in the listener eagerly anticipating the climax.
Suffice to say the Code Therapy experience is one well worth repeating and leaves me, personally, highly anticipating their next fusion of refined musical abilities.

Mexico City based producer Jossie Telch has been making noise in the global scene for 10 years now.

Since then, the project has continued evolving, improving and constantly refreshing itself. The result is a unique brand of fat groove heavy techno with just the right amount of psychedelia, making

Digital Diamonds #PODCAST 15 by Jossie Telch

Aerodrömme (also spelled Aerodroemme, when an umlaut is not available) is a vibrant duo project based in Toronto, Canada. The act was created in 2008 by Boris "Shankar" Kurtzman and Steve "Nexus" Chan. @Aerodromme began as one of the most promising names in the Progressive Techno circuit. Over time, Boris and Steve have transformed their sound from a deeper progressive influence, to the more hypnotic/deep techno sound heard in their latest releases. They have an impressive discography, brandishing releases on labels such as JOOF Aura, Digital Structures, Slideways, Rheostatus, Frakture Audio, Baroque Records, Tribal Vision, Balkan Connection, Nuuktal, Oddsine, Techgnosis, TMM Records and Twisted Frequency. Over the years, they have received support from heavyweights such as Yuli Fershtat (aka Perfect Stranger), Black Asteroid, Chris Liebing, James Harcourt, Vegim, Luis Flores, Timo Maas, Danny Howells, and Tomcraft, just to name a few. As well as regular performances in Ontario and Quebec, their international performances have taken them to Australia, Isreal, Panama, Mexico, Columbia, Spain, Georgia, and the United States. Whether it be iOS controllers and synths, analog hardware, drum machines or a Theremini, there is always something new to listen out for as they play to the crowd.

Fabrice David a.k.a Ken Zo - Born in Mauritius

Fabrice created @ken-zo-official while studying in Melbourne Australia. After 3.5 years, of playing in Australia, he returned to Mauritius in 2014. Now based in Mauritius, Ken Zo is on the forefront of the Mauritian electronic scene. As a DJ he is known to be verstatile, catering for a wide spectrum of genres from deep house to full on psychedelic trance. He retains this versatility with his compositions and fuses the sub genres of techno & psychedelic to forge his own take of 'PsyTech'. In 2017, he was awarded the Backstage Award for Best DJ. 
Fabrice grew up surrounded by music. His mother was his first music teacher going over the basics of piano and singing. His parents enrolled him for violin classes at the age of 7 at the Conservatoire de Musique Francois Mitterrand where he also learnt music theory in french. At the age of 13 he moved on to the Conservatoire de Musique Frederic Chopin where he was trained in piano and music theory in English. Simultaneously during his teen years, Fabrice experimented with many genres - pop, rock, rnb - and played in many amateur bands and orchestras playing guitar, violin and keys.
He started DJing and producing in 2007 under the alias Mr.Snob playing commercial and progressive house as well as an occasional techno set here and there. The beginning was mostly birthday parties and school fairs with very rare club gigs. His career started picking up around 2011 just when he flew off to Melbourne Australia for his studies. He performed throughout Australia under his knew alias Ken Zo, finding his place within the niche psychedelic community playing fusion sets of techno and psy.
After 3,5 years in Australia playing all over, he returned to Mauritius in late 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry from RMIT, Melbourne. Now, Ken Zo is one of the leading DJs in Mauritius and pioneer of local underground culture.

Anyer Quantum from Puebla, México; a Devotee of underground sounds, intelligent sequences, and one of the most committed DJ/Producer in his country.

Addicted to the cultural values of the vanguard shapes in Electronic Dance Music, Anyer is a completely integrated DJ; capable of mixing an incredible -WIDE- range of sounds; blending them together perfectly inside his unique sonic palette.
Always exploring new ideas, he is an extreme and passionate follower of hard-to-swallow artistic expressions.

In 2011, his first leap onto the scene was made by winning the Digital Diamonds DJ mix Contest which gave him the opportunity to become A&R for Horns And Hoofs Entertainment. Through Horns and Hoofs he Released his 1st VA as "The Best of Horns and Hoofs" in 2012.

2013 was a very busy year, first, we saw the release of The 1st Great Atlas of the Underground Cartography, Later in 2013, Psychedelic Techno Vol. 1 was released in Ektoplazm and also released the 2nd part of the Great Atlas Of The Underground Cartography appeared in this world. Anyer was Promoted to Manager of the Channel of Trance by Fnoob Radio Family, AND also became a label DJ in Sourcecode Transmissions, the mighty Label of Zen Mechanics.

In 2014 he joins forces with Cosmic Conspiracy Records.

2015 was a slower year for Anyer, as he began to create music under his pseudonym “Shaolin Shuffle.” But he did find time to release the final chapter of the Great Atlas of the Underground Cartography and his first EP was also unleashed at Ektoplazm with the support of Blind Arc, the label of Flembaz.

2016 was a fantastic year;  The 3rd Chapter of the Psychedelic Techno VA was Released on Ektoplazm and he had the unique (and unexpected) opportunity to perform at the legendary and life-changing Boom Festival in Portugal. Probably the most important dancefloor in his entire career, allowing him to finally make reality his wildest dream of presenting his music to the best crowd on the planet.

in 2017 Anyer Releases Various of his Tracks on Different Labels like Electric Power Pole, Oddsine, Blind Arc, and Horns and Hoofs, where he also releases a new Serie of Compilations named Posthumanist Rebel Tools, he also got promoted as a DJ of Boshke Beats. He remained fairly active on the Mexican dancefloors.

2019 was the busiest of years. Visiting Panama for the second time (Tribal Gathering) and traveling to the old continent for his 1st European Tour playing in Romania (Waha Festival) Hungary (Ozora Festival) and Portugal (Freedom Festival & ZNA Gathering)

By the end of the summer, Anyer Stoped working with Horns and Hoofs and Boshke Beats, moving to greener pastures.

By 2020 the Pandemic arrived and while the world sited still, Anyer Released his 1st Album on DMT Records, receiving a great response from the psychedelic techno scene. 

2021 remained closed for everybody,  but Anyer released new music in Digital Diamonds, Music4Aliens, Padang Records, and Jaira Records.

2022 was the year when the pandemic finally was lifted, and the busiest yet in terms of releases, with a brand new EP on Flow Records + Featuring his music for the first time on Frisson Records, while also consistently releasing fresh new material in his first home: Digital Diamonds.

2023 continued to be a very busy year with new releases, and, in 2024, Anyer joined forces and became an official DJ of Techgnosis Records in Mexico.
