This is part of a live 4 hour + recording from Establishment Midtown in Atlanta on 09.25.21 that encompassed multiple genres like Lovers  Reggae, 80's boogie, uptempo Disco and Hip-Hop.  I haven't had a "SloMotion GetDown" inna minute so I  chopped it out of the original 4+ hour mix and gave it a good mastering.  Hope you enjoy! Happy 2025 to all the Idlers out there! We're back with our first mix missive of the year - and it's a doozy. When it comes to edit records, so much has already been done. These London-based boys decided to ditch the well-trod paths of Disco, Boogie & Soul to dive headfirst into the devil's maw that is American Rock & Country music, making some of the best we’d heard in awhile, subtly turning some of the stodgiest 60's & 70's shitkicker jams into glorious glitterball anthems. The fact that they're kickass DJ's to boot made this decision a no-brainer! Ladies & germs, please welcome to the Idle Cellars Mix Series stable - Flying Mojito Bros! These two fine gents were extremely gracious - if not eager! - to tackle the Idle Cellars brief and we all have hit the jackpot. Presenting "Americana Pacifica" - we would call it Balearica re-imagined through the lens of US AOR, soft rock, country and more. Accompanying the mix is this message from FMB:

Tune in to our first LATE mix provided by Ray Mang, producer, electro-artist and remix master who has been making his mark in the dance music world since the mid 90s. His one hour mix will provide the soundtrack to our launch party this Thursday 12th March.
 
Hakkasan LATE will see the iconic restaurant transform into an intimate, latenight venue from 10pm until 2am every Thursday, with music supplied by a rotation of live DJs playing an eclectic mix of house, disco, funk and electro music alongside familiar classics.'
