Plasma Audio have tapped Alix Perez for a new remix release of Sabre's 2014 single 'Yoga'.

Focusing on quality over quantity, the Melbourne label has notched up releases from some of the drum & bass scene's most promising new talent, such as Survey, Gamma and Fre4knc, along with big names like Icicle, Sabre and now Shogun and Exit favourite Perez.

Originally a grubby, halftime number with a bad attitude, 'Yoga' was always prime material for Perez, given his diversion down the hip hop-inspired path a la Ivy Lab - the pioneering London trio of which Sabre is himself a part. . Offering two takes on the track, the 1984 producer's 'Warped Mix' has become a new favourite in the DT office. Maintaining the pace and impact of the original, Perez turns out an even more menacing beast, tearing each sound apart to give it a jagged digital edge.

Postawiliśmy na różnorodność opartą na futuryzmie.
Usłyszycie footworki prosto ze słonecznej Hiszpanii (BSN Posse, Stayhigh, Thanks For The Nympho) jak i od A.Fruit. Nie zabraknie mocnego techno (Sept, Vorlis), czy też zbasowanych, elektronicznych, świeżych bangierów oraz trapów (ExT, Juke Ellington, Meandu, Junglemire, Lux Familiar). Na podsumowanie i ochłonięcie przyda się odpoczynek przy garażowych, dubowych czy też połamanych, beatowych produkcjach (Kiro Rox, Deam, Crafs, Scruscru).

It’s a collection of material by our long term friendly producers, the ones you have most likely heard because of us already, as well as completely new people just entering the Sequel One family. We decided to go for a “future” theme this year. 
You’ll hear footwork straight from sunny Spain (BSN Posse, Stayhigh, Thanks For The Nympho) as well as from A.Fruit. You won’t miss out on hard techno (Sept, Vorlis), also some bass-heavy, electronic, fresh bangers and trappy stuff (ExT, Juke Ellington, Meandu, Junglemire, Lux Familiar). To sum the whole thing up and to kick back a little, you can do with some garage, dub or even break-beat productions (Kiro Rox, Deam, Crafs, Scruscru).
