Sidekicks, our latest signing to BMSS give us their debut EP “Tonal Abuse”. Full on with a heavy dose of Goa, these two LA based artists create intense adult trip music. 

“Chased through the Woods” and “Of a Machine” build their stories on deep rolling hypnotic bases perfect for peak night time moments. Apocalyptic synths and Goa inspired elements evoke thoughts of invading cybernetic organisms while futuristic machines march out their mechanical rhythms to intense metallic melodies.

Aphid Moon is back with a collection of collaborations made in the last few years while travelling the globe.

This time he has teamed up with a great roster of Psy Trance Artists. 
Tracks written in Mexico, Goa, Switzerland, and more closer to home in Aphid Studio in London, UK.

The studio sessions have been some of the most enlightening and productive yet, setting Aphid Moon and Aphid Records on a new inspiring course. 

Aphid Moon would like to thank all the artists on the album for their artistic inspiration, hospitality and friendship. 

Thanks to Stu Clark, Nirmal, Matt Kyriakides and Al Shanka. A special thanks to Ajja Leu for his crash course in modern psy synthesis and production, Rena Biring for her Vocal effects, Patricio Tron for his deep discussions on production philosophy, Paul Taylor for insisting on pushing things to the verge of the cutting edge, and Joe Studt for his all around help and support, musicality, and commitment to start a new exciting project.

Comenzando en la música cuando era niño, Adriano Costa perfeccionó sus técnicas musicales en las bandas de garaje de la década de 1990. Beginning in music as a child, Adriano Costa honed his musical techniques in the garage bands of the 1990s. Antaluk & Deeverse - Fabulous (Original Mix)

Aphid Moon is the solo project of UK Psy-Trance producer & Dj Jules Hamer. 
He started the project in the mid nineties with the release on Interstella Rec. He cut his teeth promoting a small psychedelic night called 'Aphid Moon' and djing and performing live in various London squats, clubs and outdoor parties.

In 2001 he had a breakthrough track with ‘A lot of Radio’ on Flying Rhino Records and it would be safe to say things really took off from that point. Since then he's had releases on virtually all the British psy-trance labels (Tip World, Twisted, Dragonfly, Alchemy, Atomic, Organic and Nano Records) as well a variety of foreign labels.

His first album 'High Diver' was released on Dragonfly Records in 2003 a deep nighttime sound with a distinctly British psychedelic twist.

His unique style has developing ever since playing DJ & live sets in Japan, Israel, S.A., Brazil, South and Central America, U.S.A., Europe and the U.K at Festivals, Clubs and Parties. He's a regular on Universo Parallelo, Vuuv and Glade Festival lineups.

2005 saw the birth of his new full-on incarnation with the release 'Global Culture' album on Anglo/South African label Nano Records.

In 2007 he collaborated with producer Dick Trevor to produce the AMD's Album 'Big Fish' on Nano Records which has become a trance classic.

He launched his own UK based label Aphid Records in 2008 with the debut digital ep AphidEp001. Over the past few years label has been steadily gathering pace with two more collaborative Ep's 'Star Brith' and 'Synthetic Life', 'Trancelantic' and a Digi Single 'Complex Retracement' as well as his third Album 'Super Collider'.

This year he has a busy European festival season with spots at Blissful, Vuuv, Summer Never Ends, Ozora, Sonica and Arora .
