Toy Tonics is a German label with lots of Italian vibes. The Main Italian artist is Sam Ruffillo. Sicilian producer with Brooklyn roots. 
Sam’s trademark sound is based on Italian disco and Afro-American house music - with Italian Vocals. 
Yes, Sam brings the real Mediterranean vibes that people love so much these days.Sam's first appearance on Toy Tonics was 2 years ago. 
Sam came up with the Sport House EP. Here he revealed his very own way of making music: he plays synths, keyboards, knows about chords 
and makes a type of organic house music with lots of saxophones, great jazz chords, based on southern rhythms.
Sam’s house music reminds the more Balearic vibes from the 1980ies or the early disco house vibes. Some might call it organic. 
And yes, it’s house, it’s 4 to the floor, but he got that special human, handmade vibe that people look for today... after the overdose 
of digital music of the last 10 years this new way of making dance music might be the perfect mix between analogue and digital. 
Sam already released an EP with Italian disco last year. In case you don't know Sam’s key track please check out Danza Organica 
from his last EP Italianissimo: This one has been hammered by DJs all over the world over the last months: 
Gerd Janson, Perel, Job Jobse, DJ Tennis, Solomun... you can hear it on festivals all over the world this summer.

Unhealed is the moniker of the Berlin via Sao Paulo artist Igor Girio.
Active in the Sao Paulo scene since the early 2000's, he gathers experience as a promoter, artist and sound engineer in one of most exciting spotlights of South America.

Drawing inspiration from the 80's underground, he delivers powerful doses of EBM, wave, electro, italo and post-punk, combining authorial material and hidden gems into dense Dj sets.

He is also one of the minds behind the Berlin based label Crave Tapes, where he promotes events around Europe with the focus of spreading the EBM/wave/post- punk culture. With releases out on labels such as The Hiddens, Miseria, Crave Tapes and Shishi, he is becoming a regular on the Berlin, Lisbon and Sao Paulo circuits.

The new Toy Tonics comes from Italian disco producer Sam Ruffillo. 
He teamed up with two friends from Brooklyn who contributed the sick vocals to the 4 songs. And the result is kind of magic! 
Deepest street funk and Low rider Hip House in a 1990ies vibe - but still 100% up to date sounding. 
You can play this in a house or in a hip hop set and all tracks will create euphoria. ‘Just fine’ could be a radio hit for sure. But also the other tracks make you immediately move.. without being any cheesy or tacky. Just deep & funky.

Maybe Sam & his New York buddies are a magic combination. Sam comes from Sicily and released three EPs till now. 
The recent Italianissimo 1 + 2 EPs got a big scene buzz. Played by DJs like Gerd Janson, Blessed Madonna and Pete Tong. 
Ruffillo’s very individualistic Italian organic disco with Italian vocals (by Ninfa) made him quite known not only in Italy (where one of his songs is getting big in pop radios) but also internationally requested. As a DJ but also for production for other singers (Kosmo Kint, J. Lamotta).

Ruffillo is not just an excellent DJ and Studio wizzard, but he also is a musician. (No samples needed).

The mysterious COEO boys. Second outing for Toy Tonics after an intermezzo for Sccucci Manucci. 
The dudes have quite a buzz. Making a sound that because of its warmness and soulful vibe people have been putting them into the "Max Graef/Glenn Astro" - corner. But COEO have much more to say. It sounds fresh, smart and is a type of house we'd all would like to hear more in the future.

not knowing the place, not knowing the sound system, 
not knowing the vibe, not knowing the crowd. 
therefore it´s really important to me what kind of welcome I get.
thank you N-ICE kollektiv for taking very well care of me!

I´d like to mention one more thing: good raves don´t fall from the tree. independent promoters mostly carry all financial risks, spend endless hours mostly unpaid to promote their events, carry around shit loads of stuff for days in order to give their personal note to the clubs appearance. all that for mostly a couple of hours only. I do appreciate that a lot. please support this kind of movements.

I started working on this project a while back, now I had the need to finish it. This is my way to share Aretha's voice, which was one of my biggest influences and inspirations growing up, both musically and as a strong woman to look up to. My mother used to play me her records, and we used to dance like crazy. I will never forget how I felt when I heard Aretha Franklin - R.E.S.P.E.C.T. or the first time I heard Jump To It. the first time I played it in the club ... This is for me the best way I can express how she made me feel through her music, how much she inspired me and how much she still inspires me. I wish for her voice to live on. LONG LIVE THE QUEEN OF SOUL !
