You can almost feel the sun beams creeping through the sweat soaked walls while you’re surrounded by only the strongest of freak ravers at the end of a marathon party at the end of the world.

You can find Blackmoonchild in one of my (madeofants) earliest mixes that started the whole concept of ARC. She and AK (iykyk) were two of my first favorites in the scene. Absolute power houses in the making I've only been proven more correct by time and their clear trajectory to the stars. Both DJing and producing tracks at a speed that would make any producer wish they had access to whatever magick they conjured.

However just because we're all a bunch of astrological softies doesn't mean this mix is. This is the sound of cement hard capital D-troit. Featuring Acid, electro, hardcore, and our beloved breaks this mix is a cup of coffee to wake up shattered nerves and to move the most jaded soul into dropping low.

I (madeofants) had the pleasure of seeing Aza play a number of years ago at the Backstreet lounge and have been a huge fan ever since. Her intensity is mesmerizing and seeing her throw down at Tangent and also evolving her sound from hard techno into something melodic and groovy that is an absolute treat. 

Catch her live to really experience the breadth and intensity of one of the most hardworking musicians I have the pleasure of knowing but this little taste should hold you over until then.

Its truly impossible to overstate the monumental achievement it is to spend hours of my life putting this mix back together bit by bit from various ARC dead drops and old payphones we use to communicate with our artists. It's even harder to make nearly a double album of fresh material and yet here we are celebrating the soft squishy brain of the Junted Man HimSelf Marshal Applewhite. Let this insane blend of Old reaktor ensembles, broken Ableton projects and squidgy synth bits take you away.

It's with a heavy heart I post and write this as our fun little haven at High Dive has been sold thus has an uncertain future. That said Colliding Pins could always be counted on to deliver the set that Dave would inevitably start dancing to. 

Joe has always been thoughtful and melodic in his tunes and as a selector he's no different. I'madeofants am incredibly stoked to be able to count him as a collaborator and friend. Please enjoy this time and vibe capsule. Take with plenty of hydration for maximum movement.

Kicking the series off, we have local acid techno nerds DJ SPHiNX and Nick Burgess delivering a jacking multi-genre stomper that united even the snobbiest of music chin strokers into a dancefloor frenzy. This 2-hour slice of the night covered a ton of ground, from sleazy house cuts, metallic techno thrashers, some gothy romanticism and even a Beastie Boys remix, all perfectly encapsulating ARCs ability to bridge the gaps of the weirdo degenerate alternatice scenes we come from.
