The highlight is from 2:52 seconds.
In my country, the song title "下衆" stands for [low-ranked person] and [poor character]. When I wrote this song, low-ranked person(namely...To put this in another meaning or expression) = My guitar playing is inferior and vulgar. (By the way, I want to say that I'm not a poor man, hahaha ...)
That's why I gave this song this name.
 However, the performances of the people involved were very good.
 Not inferior. It was a wonderful song with fangs.
I changed the kanji (song title).         '2021/February'
It's a word I imagined, so it's not a word that actually exists. The meaning of each "Kanji" is,
牙 = Fang
衆 = People
