Without geologic features to divide and differentiate, biomes and weather systems collapse into chaos. Superstorms and continent-wide deserts proliferate.  TerraFirm’s patented process of Orogenesis has been developed to reintroduce geologic features necessary for your planet’s survival. Through the magnetic manipulation of tectonic plates mountain ranges, plateaus, valleys and more can be constructed with precision. These geoformations will then provide the boundary lines by which various biomes and weather systems can establish themselves.

Everyone of us wants to live forever, but more than half do not know what they gonna do at thursday evening, we are like those passengers who have gathered so many things with us that we forgot what lies at the bottom of the suitcase, and when we arrive at our destination, we find needless things in our luggage, same with our past, we don’t remember what it was and where we squander our experiences, memories and feelings, we are just passengers here, we are just passing through. 
Greek artist June makes his debut on Mannequin Records with the 'Silver Demon' LP. The album explores a futuristic dystopian world where transcendence and oppression coexist, where claustrophobia and infinite openness coincide. A world of contrasts that is the product of the artist‘s active imagination and conscious effort to confront the subconscious.
The album was recorded using original techniques from the golden era of electronic music (late 70s to mid 80s) with an arsenal of vintage analog synthesizers, drum machines and effect processors originating from the same time period. A few months after the first instalment of our ‘Crysta Ampullaris’ V.A. series, we’re back for a second volume always with top-tier producers Reims has to offer and the will of showcasing their eclecticism. Good news, our little family has recently extended with the arrival of our dear trance-enthusiast Ayuji, whom first track ever appears at the end of this release.

Slowglide continues his journey through murky soundscapes and mid-tempo explorations, resulting in ‘Ego Death’, a bass-fueled kaleidoscopic trip to strange parcels of the unconscious. Exotic tones, screaming synths and heavy kick bursts progressively make the listener to drown himself into those introspective quicksands with no way out.

Taking inspirations from a large minimal background, Lebird supplied us with a high velocity tune driven by a perfect swing mastery and old school samples chopping. Somewhere between UKG and electro, well-named ‘Venturi’ showcases Lebird’s remarkable skills for dynamic twists and sound design, making it an smart tool to smash a dancefloor.

Terrible child Shonen Bat back at it again with ‘Fastglide’ (odd name choice, innit?), a futuristic high-octane joint that could become the perfect soundtrack for (real) hoverboards competitions to come. Bouncy drum programming, fast gliding bassline and moving synths melt together at some point, leading to a climax of pure euphoria.

Nigm’s offering to our symbolic divinity sounds like a sonic patchwork of reminiscent echoes from ancient lores. Like tales, musical parts are each taking us to different landscapes and eras of a same place, until the world collapse under gods’ distorted kicks and hardcore breakbeats in order for the emerge of a new one.

Lastly, rookie Ayuji’s golden touch provided us with a melodic masterpiece. ‘King Midas’ is a pure celestial gem, celebrating the golden days of early trance with a modern twist. Layers of piano, fairy choirs, glittering synths and crystal tones bring the listener to a total contemplative state as the 909 beats and the bassline grow in intensity. A perfect sunrise tune for sure.

Portable’s magical ‘This Horizon’ sees its release on the producer’s own Khoikhoi Records imprint on 14th February which is taken from his forthcoming Album 'The Transit Of Mercury' which is already getting the nod from Laurent Garnier, Honey Dijon, Ben UFO & Motor City Drum Ensemble, the package includes variations by the South African’s Bodycode alias, duo Bergemeann & Legget as well as a version from Johannesburg producer Sound of Xee.

While the original is a whirlwind of poignant vocals, floating melodies entwined in a tight leftfield house groove, Bergemann & Legget’s cleverly strips back, delving in the intensity of the single. It really is a testament to Portable’s ability to build an unsettling sense of beauty.

Sound of Xee makes his mark with a slow-building, progressive, rolling take, slipping into its own frenzy of percussion – a Khoikhoi mainstay at the forefront of South African electronic music in full force right here.

And finally, Portable’s own Bodycode moniker leads ‘This Horizon’ further into club territory with the seriously good ‘Bellycloud’ remix – jutting keys and 4x4 energy ending things in a place of all-out party.

One of the first visitors to Planet Euphorique, Melbourne-based producer Roza Terenzi makes her triumphant return with the first LP release on the label. A playful yet cohesive collection from post-electro and extra-terrestrial techno to dreamy prog-house and low slung zingers, bumping us into the new decade. Modern Bliss, the sound of Roza Terenzi fully realized.

Never shy to experiment with unconventional sounds or mingle influences, the album presents 9 offerings to suit every flavor of raver. Opener, "Jungle in the City," takes down-tempo to a new astral plane with blushing pads and tumbling pixels, perfectly poised for a spine-tingling after hours sunrise.The title track "Modern Bliss" featuring Barcelona based singer/producer Ivy Barkakati encapsulates the dancefloor euphoria we have come to expect from Terenzi; in essence the energy of this release, contemporary jubilation and contentment amongst a chaotic world. Flickering percussion prancing above deep rolling bottom end, allowing bubbling stabs and synth sequences to lift Barkakati's intoxicating vocals to dizzy heights. “Exactly where I need to be, my thoughts create reality” truer words…

Flipping it over to the B side things heat up, “Yo-Yo” chimes in immediately with a tough onslaught of metallic polyrhythms and a pulsating melodic bassline coaxing you down a path less travelled and preparing you for the sexy sub action that demands your attention, "That Track (Rewired Mix)", buckle up to sweat. Sweet relief comes with the C side “Exhale”, dipping in tempo; esoteric atmospheres to fill your ears, something fresh to absorb with each listen.  To close off the record, something old and something new, “Eternal Lust” a delicate ode to the lovers and from the vaults “My Reality Cheque Bounced (Feat. DJ Zozi)” - a raucous party starter serving up that label defining sound, futuristic and bombastic, tipping its hat to the break. 


With subconscious salutes to the astrological world of OG maven Fiorella Terenzi, “Modern Bliss” invites you into an encapsulating, electronically ethereal universe. A record to summarize the myriad of diverse and evolving sides to Roza Terenzi, the full length allowing her to capture a moment in time with possibilities to transcend dance music expectations. Martin Jenkins, more commonly known as the artist Pye Corner Audio, epitomizes Lapsus' commitment to cutting edge sound experimentation. In 2017, he beguiled the electronic music community by releasing the 'Where Things Are Hollow' EP, on Lapsus Records. Now we are delighted to announce the release of ‘Where Things Are Hollow 2’, consisting of three brand new original cuts and a breath-taking remix from none other than John Talabot.

'Where Things Are Hollow 2' explores a spectral and hypnagogic terrain, establishing an electronic sound that at times invokes Jenkins’ more dance friendly facet -'Self Synchronize', 'Weather The Storm'– while also offering his familiar iridescent dreamlike ambient textures –'Phase B'– that featured prominently on his first EP.

This second EP also includes a remix from John Talabot, unquestionably one of Spain’s most internationally recognised names over the last decade, who exquisitely reimagines 'Resist' -a song from the first EP-, transforming it into a cross between EBM and hypnotic techno.

From a graphic design perspective, renowned artists Alex Trochut and Basora have once again collaborated on this project, repeating the formula that made the artwork for "Where Things Are Hollow" such a collector's item.
