Also the opportunity to play recent releases by Moodymanc on Well Cut Records, Scruscru on Blur Records, Jason Merle on House Salad Music, Simon Sheldon on Shades Of Sound Recordings, and lots of other great stuff.

Moment Cinetique is a deep-jazzy-disco-house label hailing from the Republic of South Yorkshire in the North of England that has been releasing music from established producers and also breaking new talent since 2018. 

Artists that have appeared on the Yorkshire imprint include scene favourites such as Cody Currie, Harry Wolfman and Carlo plus fresh names like Simon Hinter, Tiptoes and Andy Ash.
 
Although they only release a handful of tracks a year they've seen their EPs feature in the charts and sets of DJs including Eats Everything, Kerri Chandler, Detroit Swindle, Dave Lee, Jimpster, Melvo Baptiste and many more.

Label owner Dave Platts represents the outfit on the DJ front, playing a mix of deep, leftfield, disco and straight up house under the label's moniker as a guest across the UK as well as previous regular appearances on Rinse France and a variety of online channels.

Yannick Roberts is mostly known for his releases on Freerange Records, but also released music under his former alias Ouvrijster on Sampling As An Art Records, Sleazy Beats and his own record label Dievegge Recordings since 2017. Yannick’s own take on the deep, disco-influenced Detroit House sound is warm and punchy. With sampling Soul and Disco records, he creates House music for the place where it belongs: sweaty dancefloors. Always with the utmost respect for where the music originated from and with the a philosophy on how House music should be celebrated. This is reflected in his DJ sets, where Yannick plays vinyl to create this space with warm sounds, solid grooves and yearning vocals.
