Our latest podcast is a powerfully enigmatic journey into the sensitive and beautifully peculiar world of our dear friend @eva-porating 🌱

Originally from Slovakia, Eva found her second home at the heart of Prague’s electronic music scene where she is one of the most sought after and well-respected DJs. Apart from being a resident at the mighty @ankali she is hosting her regular Anemone show on the local @radiopunctum and recently became part of the newly found @gravitynetworkeu initiative. 

In this chapter, Eva will patiently guide us through the landscapes within, robust and abundant with potential for mystical experiences. Heady weaves of post-industrial and leftfield narratives are cushioned with clouds of affectionate ambiances and sprinkled with tribal percussions and spoken word. They are memories whispered into the breeze, gently rolling across the hills and lakes and forests of imagination 🎴✨

Barefoot dips your toes into the waters of a dream and very casually, as if he’s never visited the modern world, rows you from steamy murk to aquatic paradise. These four tracks present a sumptuous array, the layers and renderings of this familiar, yet rarely attended realm; eddying microcosms and dizzying currents. Alas, it’s an illusion, a matrix thrown over the workings of the reverie, which unveils a virtual panorama of digital organics. By Spirit Animal we arrive back in our reality; data informs these murmurings, these chirrups and twitterings; in the future world data is the lingua franca of the imaginary swamp and the fictional jungle. Are we still dreaming?

Nature Tales presents the first compilation produced for vibroacoustic sensory listening.

The tracks are designed to induce a vagus nerve stimulation when experienced on VibroAcoustics ViBoard, which can be found in “The Sensorium”, our ambassador and sensory room clinic in Denmark.
The compilation is composed by the musicians of Nature Tales & VibroAcoustics Records: Ishtadi, Ndless, Respira & ◯ (Holtoug).
It is also released through the NFT label, Hopium Records, with the aim of letting listeners value the release themselves.

Mountain of Dreams is an immersive safe and sound - journey, walking up the mountain, entering deep inside its great quietude.
Ascending from the ocean cresting foothills, climbing up the mountain face, it is an exploration of life that grows in the terrain, the forests and the wilderness of its massivity. The unmapped road leads the listener to a crystal peak of awoken dreams, before descending down, deep into hidden worlds and caverns of the subconsciousness.
The mountains trembling tectonic movements, expands and diminishes, like a breath, symbolising the slowest form of life - solidity, the basis of all carbon based life.

Dedicated to the life and work of Robert Lax (1915-2000), the American poet who lived on Patmos, Greece, as a self-exiled hermit since the sixties. Jack Kerouac called Lax “one of the great original voices of our times, a Pilgrim in search of beautiful innocence”. The Chi Factory would like to give special thanks to his good Patmian friends Ulf Knaus and Nikos Eliou, who showed us his house on Patmos (everything is still the same since he left) and also his favourite old wooden door (see leaflet). His great minimalistic poetry became a source of inspiration for the Mantra Recordings. His life on Patmos was far away from public attention - quiet and always surrounded by the skies, seas, cats and birds. Lax was a real dreamcatcher.

Finally we welcome Kloor which is the new moniker of an old hand who finishes off the compilation perfectly with something cosmic & shimmering.
