This is the last in the Cloudlines series (Just realised I've been putting this collection together for more than 6 years!) 
A dreamlike series of ambient instrumentals featuring warm melodies, acoustic guitars (both nylon and steel strung), heavily processed electric guitars and a shimmering wash of synths.
A mix of the familiar, the nostalgic and the experimental.

Another evening in the traffic
stucked for hours on the highway
and all that , just for a ghostly day
behind a cash register

she wanted to write
sad but beautiful stories
just to sublimate her memories
her own little secrets
and reinvent her future
made of special days
without anyone having anything to say 

she dreamed to write
that she was a fighter , a rebel 
able to avoid the worse
and never grow old 
she dreamed to write
that she was blonde ans sensual
just to give herself the right to lie
and go laughing 
to see her own name on a book 
her name on a book 

she wanted to write
eternal stories
of betrayed hearts and feelings 
words that talk of her 
about this love that kills 
and reborn even stronger
some romantic comedies

she dreamed to write

Garden Of Ambrosia (Guitar solo)

Leaving Sicily is a poetic remembrance, expressed through sound, of my travels across the Island in 2017. For me the Island was a constant  barrage of wonder; both beautiful and terrifying, welcoming and isolating, modern and ancient and familiar yet alien. The piece heavily manipulates samples from the field recording captured at The Falcone Borsellino Aiport to express some of the dichotomies above. Leaving Sicily finishes with the ‘raw’ sound of the crowd of the airport terminal representing the transition from my surreal and personal travel back into the world of normality - just another tourist in the crowd about to return to his normal life.
