As a child I used to love being read a story before bed. Lately, when I have found difficult to get to sleep, I have longed for a bedtime story so I thought I would record one. This is a recording of me reading ‘Finding new eyes’ a story written by Rachel Remen from her book My Grandfather’s Blessings - maybe you’d like a bedtime story too.

Yin Yoga classes for your home practice. I hope you enjoy them!
If you are not familiar with the Yin poses, then I highly recommend Norman Blair's book: Brightening Our Inner Skies: Yin and Yoga which will show you all the poses and variations. Norman has been my Yin teacher for 14 years. Props you may find useful for your home practice might include: blankets, a yoga bolster, yoga block and brick, a yoga belt/strap, an eye bag/pillow and if you get really into it a sandbag or two work a treat!
