Born on Long Island and raised in Brooklyn New York, SoundBoy was influenced by the early days of house and hip hop. Growing up in the 90’s listening to artists from Kerri Chandler to A Tribe Called Quest to Nirvana to Biggie and Wu-tang to Carl Cox and Frankie Bones. 

Growing up in a household that played great records from the Beatles to Tabo Combo.

There was no genre of music he wasn’t ￼ ￼intrigued by.
