LOAF is an alternative band formed in 2013 from Brampton, now based in Toronto. It consists of Jeremy Duffy (vocals, guitar), Nicholas Popowich (bass), Mackenzie Boys-Eddy (keyboard, backup vocals), David Shone (drums).

Pins & Needles is an all-girl band of 19 year olds who met at Girls Rock Camp Toronto summer  2012.
Immediately it was clear that they had a strong chemistry. In the first two hours they spent together they wrote their first song called 'Overdue', before even knowing each other's names. After the camp session ended, they continued to write songs together, and today play music in venues across Toronto.
