Inez Hiraya, known professionally as nezerat, is a Filipino artist who was born in South Florida and is currently based in New York City. nezerat is a creator and performer of dance music, with the goal of surprising club floors and exciting their local art community. As nezerat, Inez has continuously crafted a personal world of eccentricity, drawing from their inspirations and deep influences, to share with audiences throughout South Florida and the internet. nezerat's musical style is diverse, ranging from hard-hitting, industrial dance to smooth and sensual club sounds.  

In 2023, Inez showcased this sound at acclaimed festivals such as III Points and influential Miami show series, including Perreo del Futuro from SATURNSARII and MIC DROP from Always Lunes. nezerat has also shared their work with groups such as Miami Community Radio, In The Box, and GOOP HOUSE. In 2024, nezerat performed a set for the Snow Strippers x Boiler Room x Levi's event in NYC, and released their newest dance album titled "peach mango pie," described as a love letter to the journey from South Florida to New York with their best friend. Continuing to expand their vision into 2025, nezerat has performed at events such as The 5LOKO Show in Wynwood and HyPeR.exe, a hyperpop warehouse rave by HYPER Miami, in Little Haiti.

Since 2023, nezerat has played over 30 shows. Notable performances include Boiler Room and III Points, and appearances at venues such as Mana Wynwood, Lot 11, and Skatebird Miami. nezerat has also been included on lineups with notable artists such as Skrillex, Hudson Mohawke, and Snow Strippers.
