This release is individually 600 hand-numbered limited edition. The first 100 copies are pressed on WHITE vinyls (AR006).
It's dedicated to the 1983 so rare mix of the Balearic / Italo-Disco pure bliss by Blue Gas / Celso Valli, recorded at the famous Stone Castle Studios (Carimate, Italy).
With the original 12" 1983 versions - ’Shadows form nowhere’ and ‘Marie’ - on the A-side for collectors and aficionados and an extended edit - "There are shadows because there are hills" - by label’s boss Manu Archeo on B-side for Balearic Lovers.
On sale from 28th November 2016!

When he’s not collecting glowworms and growing rare fruits, Catching Flies finds the time to make music - a bass heavy yet melodic mesh of broody electronics and intricate rhythms, containing shades of everything from hip-hop to house, from soul to jazz. He has received radio support from the likes of Giles Peterson, Annie Mac, Lauren Laverne & Huw Stephens. He took his live show on the road as European tour support for electronic-jazz behemoth Bonobo in 2014 and has also toured solo performing both live & DJ sets throughout the UK, Europe and Asia, concluding in late 2015 with a sold out live band performance with Submotion Orchestra at the Barbican Hall.
Catching Flies is back with a mini EP before another release, consisting of two instrumental pieces: Komorebi and Mama’s Wisdom. 'Komorebi' is a word the Japanese use to describe when sunlight filters through the trees & the interplay between the light and the leaves. Mama’s Wisdom was originally heard in Bonobo’s BBC Radio One Essential Mix, and has now been released due to popular demand.

They thus had the pleasure to sample some Turkish vinyls to create an indie / breakbeat track under the sweet name of "Sincap". The goal was to create contemporary music while retaining the oriental soul of the original pieces.
